E drejta zhvillimore e shqiptarëve në krijimtarinë e Naim Frashërit

Krijimtaria e Naim Frashërit ka rëndësi të posaçme për studime të lirisë dhe të të drejtave njerëzore e kombëtare të shqiptarëve dhe krijimtaria e Naim Frashërit ka vlera të veçanta studiuese në rrafshin e studimit të lirisë dhe të të drejtave njerëzore dhe kombëtare, sikurse edhe në rrafshin e sociologjisë së kulturës, të estetikës dhe të psikologjisë.

E drejta zhvillimore e shqiptarëve

Naimi me keqardhje në mbarim të shekullit XIX ka konsideruar ngecjen e shqiptarëve dhe të kombit shqiptar, kundruall disa popujve dhe kombeve të tjera. Ai ka kërkuar që në mbështetje të konstatimit të së kaluarës dhe të tashmes, që shqiptarët vëllezër të jenë të kujdesshëm për të nesërmen e tyre. Nxjerrjen e shqiptarëve nga pozita e ngecjes në procesin e zhvillimit të tyre Naimi e sheh në shpëtimin e kombit, të nderit dhe të lavdisë së tij me anën e shekullit të dritës, sepse, sikur ka thënë poeti:

“…pa gjuhën e pa shkencën,
pa shkollim, pa të mjafta dituri,
sot asgjë nuk vlenë në botë”.

Naimi kombin dhe shtetin e shqiptarëve e përcakton sipas shtrirjes etnike dhe historisë së zhvillimit të tij. Në mbështetje të së drejtës historike Naimi përfundon:

“Ne jemi një komb të gjithë, jemi bijtë e një atdheu,
një trup jemi dhe një zemër , jemi një fis e një farë.
Kemi një ide, një gjuhë, një palë doke e zakone,
Dhe së fundi, që të gjithë sot jemi në një mendje
Për të mirën e përbashkët, për lavdinë e Shqipërisë”.

Ky është, sipas Naimit identiteti i shqiptarëve, i kombit të tyre dhe i origjinës së shqiptarëve. Ai ka përfunduar duke kërkuar drejtësi për pasardhësit e shqiptarëve. Këtë kërkesë e dallojmë në këto vargje:

“Le të mbetet pjella e ime e paprekur, e pacenuar
Dhe ju, perëndi të qiellit, ju o perëndi të paqes,
Jepjani mollën e sherrit drejtësisht kujt i takon”.

Për ata që cenojnë të drejtat dhe liritë e njeriut të kombit shqiptar, Naimi kërkon drejtësi. Cenimin e këtyre të drejtave dhe lirive e emërton me shprehje popullore, përkatësisht me shprehjen “mollë e sherrit”. Sipas Naimit drejtësia ruan paqen, të cilën ai e ka anticipuar faktor ose kusht të zhvillimit të lirë të kombit. Por, kush duhet të bëjë këtë? Sipas mendimit të Naimit, këto duhet ta bëjnë “perënditë e paqes, përkatësisht perënditë e qiellit”. Këta janë ruajtësit e paqes dhe këta duhet të sjellin paqen jo vetëm shqiptarëve, por të gjithëve. Këtë e dallojmë në vargjet:

“Perëndi ndriçoji popujt, sill ti paqen në mes tyre
Edhe ndihi të fitojnë lirinë të gjithë”.

Por në emër të lirisë së këtillë Naimi nga shqiptarët kërkon: besnikëri ndaj kombit, bashkim të përhershëm, respekt të tjetrit, miqësi, dashuri, mbrothësi, nderim e urtësi. Por, kush t’i sigurojë këto? Naimi u drejtohet në rend të parë vetë shqiptarëve dhe zhvillimin etik të tyre. Dy janë vlerat kapitale me përmasë të theksueshme qytetëruese, që dalin në pah dhe perceptohen si të këtilla nga lexuesi i kësaj poeme. Këto vlera janë:

1) Karakteri universal i lirisë dhe i të drejtave njerëzore e kombëtare duke mos i cenuar këto askush askujt, dhe

2) Lirinë e këtillë e çmon të drejtën natyrore dhe në emër të Zotit kërkon që këtë të mos e prek, sikurse thotë ai, as te foshnja.

Lirinë e shqiptarëve dhe të kombit shqiptar Naimi e nxjerrë nga karakteri universal i lirisë njerëzore, kurse zhvillimin e lirisë kombëtare dhe mbrojtjen e saj e vlerëson detyrë të secilit. Këtë detyrë e shprehë me ngjyrime të thella emocionale, të cilat e përçojnë përmbajtjen e poemës mbi lirinë kombëtare duke përfunduar me brohoritje vargore:

“Poshtë armiqtë e tiranët! Poshtë grindja, errësira!
Rroftë Besa dhe liria! Rroftë drita, dituria!”
