Hazret Imam Aliu (paqja qoftë mbi të) ka thënë:

“Të gjitha të mbarat janë përmbledhur në tri gjëra: shikimi, heshtja dhe të folurit. Çdo shikim që nuk përmban marrjen e mësimit, është i kotë; çdo heshtje që nuk përmban të menduarit është pavëmendje dhe çdo të folur që nuk përmban përkujtim, është fjalë boshe. Lum për atë që shikimin e ka mësim, heshtjen mendim, të folurit përkujtim, që qan për gabimet e veta dhe që ruhet prej sherrit të njerëzve”.
