“Gjithmonë gratë kanë qenë ato që është dashur të luftojnë për të drejtat e tyre. Vetëm në shek. XX ato arritën t’i realizojnë disa të drejta në disa vende të botës por jo në të gjitha fushat e jetës. Shumë grave i parashtrohet mejdani për arritjen e barazisë, i cili mejdan duket i pafund”.

Në kohët e lashta, ishte zakon që në altarët e perandorive të ndryshme të sakrifikohen virgjëresha. Në mesjetë, shumë gra u dogjën në zjarr duke i akuzuar se ishin shtriga të liga që sillnin mbrapshti. Edhe sot situata nuk është më mirë. Në ShBA, e cila e konsideron veten ideal i demokracisë, gratë dhe burrat që e bëjnë të njëjtën punë nuk paguhen në mënyrë të barabartë, për çdo dollar që burrat fitojnë, gratë fitojnë vetëm gjashtëdhjetë e tre cent.

Në Arabinë Saudite, gratë e kanë të ndaluar ta ngasin makinën, madje e kanë të ndaluar edhe të kryejnë lutjet në xhami. Në shumicën e vendeve të Evropës, gruaja vetëm para njëqind viteve e fitoi të drejtën për trashëgimi në pronë: në Angli 1882 (The Married Women’s Property Act), në Gjermani në vitin 1900, në Suedi në vitin 1907, dhe në Itali deri në vitin 1919. Në shumë vende afrikane dhe aziatike, pavarësisht nëse ato janë të krishtera, muslimane apo të komunitetit pagan, grave i gjymtohen organet gjenitale, në mënyrë që të respektohet me porosi të rrethprerjes (circumcision/synetia) që është një parim shumë më i lashtë se Dhiata e Vjetër e përcaktuar vetëm për gjininë mashkullore.

Ç’thonë fjalët e urta për femrat?

Ekziston një fjalë e urtë aziatike e cila thotë se: “rritja e vajzave është si ujitja e bimës në oborrin e komshiut”, apo siç është tek shqiptarët se: “vajza është e derës huaj”, që aludon për kotësinë e rritjes së fëmijës femër e cila shpejt rritet dhe duhet të largohet nga shtëpia e prindërve, ndërsa meshkujt gjithmonë kujdesen për prindërit dhe janë trashëgimtar të tyre. Edhe sot në trojet shqiptare prindit mashkull i vjen turp nëse i lind foshnja femër dhe nëna ndihet e pavlerë në atë shtëpi.

Në Kinë, deri vonë është praktikuar që në fëmijëri lidhja e këmbëve të vajzave, kjo është bërë për të ndalur rritjen e tyre si dhe dukja e tyre të jetë më “femërore”. Rritja e këmbës nuk mund të ndalet por bëhet një lloj deformimi, ndërsa të ecurit japin dhimbje të ndryshme. Pra, me lidhjen e shputave të këmbës arrihen dy gjëra: gruaja lidhet për shtëpi dhe nuk merr pjesë në jetën publike, gjithashtu, gjersa një vajzë rritet me muskuj të shtrënguar, për të është shumë më e vështirë marrëdhënia seksuale që i sjell dhimbje, ndërsa mashkullit i jep më shumë kënaqësi.

Pjesëmarrja e femrës në shoqëri

Kohëve të fundit flitet shumë për pozitën e femrës në Islam dhe vihet në dukje se si feja po penguaka dhe nuk po i lejuaka ato që të afirmohen si personalitete në planin privat dhe shoqëror. Përmendet mbulesa islame për të cilën kinse burrat e tyre i detyrojnë, rrethprerja (synetimi) barbare në disa fise në Afrikë, ndalimi i edukimit të grave në Afganistan e tjera. Rrëfehen shumë emigrantë muslimanë, që shkojnë për të punuar në vendet evropiane dhe si e ruajnë plotësisht identitetin e tyre kulturor dhe si i mbeten besnik fesë së tyre. Femrat e reja kur vijnë në Evropë ato nuk punojnë, dhe të moshuarve nuk i lejohet të mësojnë gjuhën e vendit ku ata jetojnë dhe në këtë mënyrë bëhen të izoluara. Ndonjëherë në rrugë mund të vërehet si shembull i keq, sjelljet e një mashkulli musliman ndaj gruas së tij, se si nuk flasin me njeri-tjetrin gjatë të ecurit, pastaj se si gratë ecin mbrapa burrave e tjera. Të huajt duke e pas në dijeni se këta persona janë muslimanë, ata mendojnë se këto ndodhi janë nga feja islame, por në realitet disa parime e qëndrime që i veprojnë muslimanët, ato nuk janë nga feja por nga tradita apo fanatizmi i tyre tradicional.

Si e trajtonin femrën arabët paraislamik?

Arabët paganë para ardhjes së fesë islame gratë i trajtonin në mënyrë shumë brutale. Foshnjën femër e varrosnin për së gjalli, gratë nuk kanë pasur të drejtë në pronësi dhe i kanë vlerësuar si një mall tregu. Në fillim të shekullit të shtatë pas Krishtit, shpallja e Kuranit i hoqi të gjitha praktikat dhe veset barbare, por për fat të keq nuk iu nënshtruan të gjithë njerëzit këtyre ligjeve kuranore. Disa ende vazhdojnë të mundojnë gjininë e brishtë dhe të dobët, kështu që këto barbarizma me një model më liberal po vazhdojnë edhe sot në këtë periudhë të shekullit XXI.

Çdo person i cili ka udhëtuar në botën islame, kanë vërejtur se në xhamitë dhe shkollat fetare, promovojnë ndarjen e femrave dhe meshkujve, pasi që kjo praktikë e ndarjes së dy gjinive, gati është e pamundshme, prandaj jepen teza të ndryshme se si feja islame parashikon që një grua e mirë dhe besnike duhet të kujdeset për reputacionin e saj, prandaj duhet të qëndrojë në shtëpi dhe kështu nuk do të jetë e nxitur të bëjë ndonjë mëkat me ndonjë mashkull tjetër. Përveç kësaj, përmendet dhe thuhet se zëri i femrës numërohet si një gjë “e turpshme” dhe këtë ia atribuojnë Muhamedit (paqja qoftë mbi të dhe familjen e tij). Në këto vende islame shumica e femrave muslimane që mbajnë mbulesën islame (hixhabin), janë të ndara nga jeta publike dhe e shpenzojnë jetën e tyre midis katër mureve lidhur me shporetin dhe lindjen e shumë fëmijëve. Ndërsa gratë që marrin pjesë në jetën publike dhe që nuk e mbajnë mbulesën islame, konsiderohen si gra të shthurura.

Mendimet e dijetarëve për te drejtat e femrave

Egjiptiani Muhamed Kutb, vëllai i Sejid Kutbit të njohur, në librin e tij “Dilemat e Islamit” shkruan: “Në periudhën e parë, puna e gruas jashtë shtëpisë ka qenë e arsyeshme. Islami nuk i ka ndaluar gratë që të dalin nga shtëpia për t’u angazhuar në profesione të ndryshme sipas prirjeve dhe aftësive që posedonin, siç janë: edukatore, mësuese, dado, infermiere, mjeke për sëmundjet femërore, pra gjinekologe, etj. Kontributi i saj me këto profesione ka pasur edhe qëllim për të ndihmuar në sigurimin e mjeteve jetësore, sepse ka pasur edhe prej atyre femrave që kanë qenë të detyruara të fitojnë për jetesë, për arsye se kanë qenë gra të veja, apo kanë pasur burrin e sëmurë, apo burrat i kanë pasur në luftëra të ndryshme, apo për shkaqe tjera të arsyeshme. Nëse femra nuk ka qenë vetëushqyese e familjes dhe ka pasur gjendje të mirë financiare, ajo ka qenë e lirë të dal e të shëtis, të shkojë në vizitë të të afërmve, apo të punojë jashtë shtëpisë nëse ka pasur dëshirë.

Megjithatë, duhet ta kemi parasysh se feja islame i ka ndaluar femrës që të dalë nga shtëpia pa ndonjë nevojë të arsyeshme për t’i nxitur dhe provokuar gjininë e kundërt siç është bërë traditë në botën modern. Feja islame nuk e pamundëson që gratë të marrin pjesë në ngjarjet shoqërore, por vlera e saj e vërtetë vjen në dukje vetëm në shtëpi dhe familje, ku ajo do të ketë mundësi të trajtojë shumë probleme psikologjike, sociale dhe morale brenda familjes, e pastaj nëse ajo ka aftësi dhe prirje mund të shërbejë edhe jashtë familjes. Disa njerëz pretendojnë se puna e femrës jashtë shtëpisë mundëson rritjen e të ardhurave në familje, sepse shpeshherë paga e një anëtari të familjes nuk është e mjaftueshme. Kjo mund të jetë e vërtetë, por nëse të gjitha gratë punojnë jashtë shtëpisë jeta e fëmijëve do të jetë e gjymtë, që mund të rezultojë në rënie morale të familjes. Atëherë a mund të jetë kjo një justifikim nëse një familje gjymtohet, e nga na tjetër gjendja ekonomike, financiare përmirësohet me punën e gruas në shoqëri. Çfarë çmimi do të jepej kësaj pune?”

Në çka kishte të drejtë Muhamed Kutbi?

Muhamed Kutbi kishte të drejtë për dy gjëra: e para është se gruaja është edukatore e njerëzimit, dhe e dyta është se feja islame në fillim kishte lejuar femrës të jetë një anëtare aktive e shoqërisë. Por, më vonë ai nuk ka të drejtë kur thotë se femra gjithmonë duhet të qëndrojë në shtëpi, në mënyrë që edukimi i fëmijëve të saj do të jetë i garantuar. Domethënë, në qoftë se një grua arrin të plotësojë detyrimet e saja personale dhe profesionale, nuk ka asnjë arsye që ajo të punësohet jashtë shtëpisë. Gjithashtu është gabim të thuhet se feja islame në periudhën e parë të predikimit, femrës i ka lejuar të dal jashtë shtëpisë, por në rrethanat e tanishme nuk është e pranueshme. Kurani është shpallur për njëzet e tri vite, me të cilin është plotësuar i tërë ligji islamik, dhe redakturat e mëvonshme në të shumtën e rasteve nuk janë të nevojshme. Në qoftë se feja islame në periudhën e parë e ka lejuar pjesëmarrjen aktive të femrës në shoqëri, nuk ka arsye që sot të mos jetë e lejuar.

Muhamed Kutbi beson dhe sugjeron se gratë nuk duhet të ekspozohen në shoqërinë e meshkujve, por nuk e kam të qartë si mundet një femër të ekspozohet dhe të jetë e dëmshme për shoqëri nëse ajo është e mbuluar me një mbulesë islame (hixhab), dhe në qoftë se shihet vetëm fytyra e saj e pambuluar, pa kozmetikë dhe duart e saja pa stoli, që bukuritë i ruan vetëm për burrin e saj? Nëse do t’i përjashtojmë gratë nga shoqëria dhe t’i mbyllim ato në kuzhinë, e kemi mbyllur më shumë se gjysmën e popullsisë botërore. Kjo natyrisht të çon në joproduktivitet, varfërim dhe stagnim të shoqërisë.

Fillimi i kësaj problematike

Pikërisht këto gjëra kanë ndodhur në ish-kalifatet e muslimanëve, që ne mund t’i fajësojmë udhëheqësit religjiozë të cilët me të padrejtë i kanë mbyllur femrat në burgjet shtëpiake, apo nëpër pallate duke i joshur ato me stoli dhe pasuri të mëdha, e duke mos i angazhuar pas emancipimit dhe prirjeve kreative.

Sjellja e talebanëve afganë të cilët nuk lejojnë gratë të vijojnë shkollimin, me të vërtetë është një krim kundër njerëzimit dhe kundër Islamit, që asnjëherë nuk ka mbështetur idenë se gratë nuk duhet të kenë qasje në shkencë, dituri dhe shoqëri, si dhe kjo është gjithashtu kundër urdhrit të Pejgamberit (paqja qoftë mbi të dhe familjen e tij) i cili thotë se: “Kërkimi i diturisë është i detyrueshëm për çdo musliman dhe muslimane”.

Në fakt, kjo është një shkelje e urdhrit të parë të Allahut, është fjala e parë e Kuranit e cila u shpall: “Lexo në emrin e Zotit tënd!” (Surja el-Alak, ajeti 1). Disa muslimanë besojnë që zëri i gruas është ‘avret apo numërohet si një prej organeve të turpshme të njeriut, ata e komentojnë thënien e tyre duke thënë se kështu paska thënë Pejgamberi Muhamed (paqja qoftë mbi të dhe mbi familjen e tij).

Në fakt, ata gjithashtu interpretojnë se gruaja duhet të mbulojë tërë trupin përveç fytyrës dhe dy duarve, në këtë mënyrë vërehet haptas se feja islame nuk e ndalon një bisedë mes burrave dhe grave që nuk janë në marrëdhënie fisnore. Për shembull, surja kuranore el-Muxhadile (Diskutuesja), e përshkruan një grua që ishte e pakënaqur me sjelljen e burrit të saj dhe shkoi në xhami për të diskutuar me Pejgamberin (paqja qoftë mbi të dhe familjen e tij). Ai as nuk e ka larguar, as nuk i ka thënë se nuk guxon të flet me meshkuj por e ka këshilluar në mënyrën më njerëzore lidhur me problemin e saj. Përveç kësaj, dijetari i njohur (tashmë i ndjerë) Sejjid Muhamed Husein Fadlallah, një prej autoriteteve më të mëdha në Liban, tha se zëri i femrës nuk është vend ose pjesë private e turpshme.

Femra në Kuran dhe hadithe

Duhet të theksohet se në Kuran askund nuk urdhërohet se jeta e femrës duhet të kufizohet për burrin dhe fëmijët. Sigurisht, roli i nënës është detyra e saj primare, por në qoftë se një grua do të jetë e punësuar apo e angazhuar në mësimdhënie dhe shkencë, por nga ana tjetër ajo është e zonja që t’i menaxhojë punët e shtëpisë me punën e saj private, (qoftë duke e angazhuar një ndihmëse të shtëpisë), atëherë këtë rast nuk ka arsye pse të mos jetë e kyçur në jetën kolektive sociale duke qenë në shërbim të aftësive të saj profesionale për të mirën e familjes dhe shoqërisë.

Në fakt, duhet të përmendet se nuk ka asnjë ajet kuranor, as ndonjë thënie e Pejgamberit Muhamed (paqja qoftë mbi të dhe familjen e tij) që gruaja është e detyruar të ziej e gatuaj, gruaja nuk është e obliguar t’i ushqej fëmijët me qumështin e saj nëse nuk ka dëshirë, pos kësaj gruaja nëse kërkon nga burri që t’ia paguaj gjidhënien, ai është i obliguar ta kryej këtë kërkesë. Të gjitha këto punë gruaja i bën nga vullneti i saj i lirë.

Çka obligon feja islame?

Feja islame gruan e obligon që burrin e saj mos ta largojë nga dysheku, pra të mos e refuzojë në marrëdhënie seksuale, për arsye që mos të përhapet zinaja apo amoraliteti në shoqëri, gjithashtu femra është e obliguar që ta ruaj pasurinë e burrit si dhe të mos pranojë në shtëpi njerëz të huaj gjersa nuk është prezent burri i saj.

Sa i përket daljes së femrës nga shtëpia, të cilën dalje disa e numërojnë si provokim për punë amorale, kjo nuk mund të jetë e këtillë, sepse burrat janë më shumë të prirë për amoralitet sesa grate. Kur themi grate, kjo nënkupton më shumë për gratë të cilat i respektojnë rregullat dhe parimet islame, sepse është vërtetuar se gratë janë më të kujdesshme për ta kontrolluar pasionin e tyre epshor. Përveç kësaj, në qoftë se femrat ndahen nga meshkujt deri në atë masë që marrëdhëniet e tyre sociale të ndërpriten tërësisht, mund të ketë pasoja të padëshiruara.

Një mashkull i cili nuk flet në asnjë moment me një grua tjetër, siç është në shumë vende të Arabisë Saudite, do të shohin gruan si një frut i ndaluar, që duhet një ditë gjithsesi të vjelet. Pra, aq shumë do të aludojë e ëndërrojë për ta ndier apo për ta parë qenien femër,– e në mënyrë të pashmangshme ai do ta shohë dhe dëgjojë zërin e saj, në rrugë apo në treg,– ai do të përjetojë një shok, një pasion të lartë e të pakontrolluar.

Transmetohet se një rast një dijetar i madh islam, kishte parë këmbën e zbathur të një gruaje që kishte ecur nëpër rrugë dhe si rezultat i kësaj ai nuk kishte mundur të shkruaj dhe ligjërojë një muaj të tërë.

Sipas gjithë kësaj që u tha më lart, pyes veten: “A nuk është më e natyrshme për gratë që të jenë gjithmonë të pranishme në jetën shoqërore, në mënyrë që ato të llogariten si qenie normale njerëzore, e jo sikur sprova të mundimshme dhe të rrezikshme ose si shigjeta të shejtanit për ta luhatur devotshmërinë e krijesës mashkull?”

Çka mendon bota feministe?

Gratë dhe burrat duhet të jenë të barabartë, por jo në mënyrën se si e përcaktojnë feministët e sotshëm. Domethënë, ata besojnë se gratë duhet të kryejnë të njëjtat punë dhe të kenë të njëjtat pozita pune si meshkujt, qoftë edhe nëse femrave nuk u pëlqen. Ata bëjnë protesta të ndryshme për arsye se një grua është e përjashtuar nga puna, duke i fajësuar meshkujt për pabarazi gjinore, madje besojnë se Zoti nuk duhet të jetë i gjinisë mashkullore. Zoti, në fakt, nuk është as mashkull as femër, Ai nuk ka gjini, Zoti nuk është si ne dhe nuk mund të krahasohen me njerëz dhe të peshohet me kriteret e njeriut.

Feja islame konsideron se gratë dhe burrat duhet të jenë të barabartë, por nuk përpiqet të na bind se ata janë të krijuar si të barabartë. Ata janë cilësisht të ndryshëm. Në fakt, gratë mund të lindin fëmijë dhe t’i japin qumështin nga gjiri i saj, ndërsa një burrë nuk mundet. Mashkulli është fizikisht më i fortë se femra, por femrat fiziologjikisht janë më të forta se meshkujt, sepse mund ta përballojnë një shkallë më të lartë të dhimbjes. Për shkak të konstruktit të tij mendor, mashkulli nuk do të ishte në gjendje të përballojë problemet që sjell cikli mujor, ndërsa dhimbjet e lindjes as që do të mundte t’i paramendonte.

Ç’thotë shkrimtari arab për femrat?

Një shkrimtar arab Emin Ma’luf ka thënë: “Femrat gjatë goditjes së problemeve jetësore lakohen apo përkulen, ndërsa meshkujt thyhen dhe shkatërrohen”. Për të gjitha këto arsye, gratë dhe burrat e kanë një rol të ndryshëm në shoqëri, sepse gratë nuk mund të përvetësojnë apo të gjenden në botën e mashkullit, ndërsa një burrë e ka shumë vështirë të hyjë në botën e femrës. Prandaj feja islame në shumë raste ka predikuar ligje të ndryshme për meshkujt dhe për femrat, sepse u orientua nga ajo se mashkulli dhe femra nga natyra janë të ndryshëm dhe ndiejnë kënaqësinë natyrore të këtyre diversiteteve në gjini.

Pse gratë nuk janë pejgambere?

Asnjë grua në realitet nuk ka qenë pejgambere, e dërguar e Zotit, në këtë pozitë kanë qenë vetëm meshkujt. Kjo nuk do të thotë se femra është e privuar, por kjo vetëm tregon se femra është e ndryshme nga mashkulli dhe se roli i saj në shoqëri është në përputhje me aftësitë dhe mundësitë e saja gjinore.

Është e vërtetë se feja islame nuk lejon që gratë t’i kryejnë të gjitha llojet e bizneseve apo punëve. Për shembull, një grua nuk mund të jetë imam (prijëse) në namaz dhe të udhëheq lutjet. Arsyet janë shumë praktike dhe logjike. Femra çdo muaj ka ciklin menstrual, pas lindjes së fëmijës ajo është lehonë dhe ka gjakderdhje që tek disa femra zgjat deri në dyzet ditë, kjo gjendje e saj numërohet si e sëmurë dhe e papastër, andaj ajo nuk mund të fal namazin dhe nuk mund të agjërojë.

Çka tjetër nuk mund të bëjë femra?

Duhet të ceket gjithashtu se femra ka një zë tingëllues si dhe të bukur provokues, mund t’ia tërheq vëmendjen meshkujve dhe t’i dekoncentrojë nga meditimi për Allahun e Lartësuar.
Nuk është e thënë nëse gruaja nuk mund të jetë prijëse në namaz, e pastaj të mos jetë aktive në jetën publike. Gratë mund të studiojnë fenë, shkruajnë libra dhe mbajnë ligjërata në lidhje me fenë. Është e njohur se Fatime ez-Zehra (paqja qoftë mbi të), pra bija e Pejgamberit (paqja qoftë mbi të dhe mbi familjen e tij) ka mbajtur edhe fjalime politike. Në Tunizi, Siri dhe Irak e sidomos në Iran, gratë janë të vendosura në vende kyçe në gjykatë, si dhe janë përcaktuar si gjykatëse në sektorin e mosmarrëveshjeve familjare.

Irani është i vetmi vend ku ligji islamik është i respektueshëm dhe i aplikueshëm dhe mbi 30% e grave janë të ulura në parlamentin e këtij shteti, gjithashtu një grua është emëruar në postin e nënkryetares. Sigurisht, këto femra janë të veshura si duhet, flokët dhe i gjithë trupi i tyre është i mbuluar sipas parimeve fetare, kështu që tek këto femra nuk ka pengesa për kryerjen e përgjegjësive, biznesit dhe karrierës së tyre.

Mburrja për të kaluarën

Muslimanët e sotëm mburren me atë se feja islame i ka nxjerrë femrat nga kthetrat e barbarizmit dhe i ka dhënë rol më të lartë në krijim. Gjithashtu muslimanët lëvdohen se gratë muslimane janë më të vlerësuara në krahasim me gratë moderne të cilat vërtet janë si një objekt për reklamimin e bizneseve të ndryshme. Gjithashtu muslimanët cekin se si për daljen nga Xheneti nuk ka gabuar vetëm Hava por ka gabuar edhe Ademi (paqja qoftë mbi të dytë) së bashku dhe në të njëjtën kohë, kështu që me këto fjalë mburrësie mbahen me vite të tëra pa menduar se ata që mburren e shëmtojnë të kaluarën me të tashmen e reales së hidhur.

Me çka shikohet sot bota?

Në teori, bota shikohet përmes syzeve me xhama të trëndafilta, ndërsa në praktikë kjo teori plotësisht injorohet. Në fakt, bota muslimane shpesh ka tendencë për të jetuar mbi dafinat e lavdisë së vjetër, duke i përkujtuar të arriturat e filozofëve të mëdhenj, edukatorëve, shpikësve, shkencëtarëve arabë që shpikën algjebrën, kiminë, matematikën, alkiminë dhe shumë të arritura mjekësore dhe shkencore-astronomike. Lëvdohen me shtetin e tyre islamik, i cili në atë kohë ishte i njohur në gjithë botën. Përkujtohet pasuria e madhe e abasitëve kur nuk ka pasur asnjë të varfër dhe s’ka pasur kujt t’i jepet zekati (lëmosha), por askush nuk bën asgjë për të ndryshuar gjendjen e tashme, stagnimin total moralizues të botës islame dhe muslimane në përgjithësi.

Pse muslimanët e sotëm janë shumë larg nga e kaluara ideale?

Një grusht i beduinëve i kanë rrëzuar perandoritë bizantine dhe persiane, e kjo ka ndodhur vetëm disa vite pas vdekjes së Pejgamberit (paqja qoftë mbi të dhe familjen e tij), ndërsa për 70 vite kanë arritur të përhapin kulturën islame deri në Spanjë dhe në jug të Francës, në Portugali, më pas deri në Kinë dhe Indi. Pse pra muslimanët e sotëm janë larg këtyre arritjeve?

Të gjitha këto arritje janë meritë e këtyre burrave që kanë pasur sjellje shumë të mira ndaj grave të tyre. Sepse në kohët e hershme gratë kanë qenë shumë aktive në aktivitetet e shoqërisë së hershme. Kanë qenë mjeke, infermiere, kanë shkuar nëpër fushëbeteja, që t’i lidhin plagët e luftëtarëve. Shembulli më konkret është vajza e Pejgamberit (paqja qoftë mbi të dhe familjen e tij), Fatime ez-Zehra (paqja qoftë mbi të) – dhe nuk na duhet një shembull më i mirë se kjo – personalisht ka lidhur plagët e babait dhe burrit të saj Imam Aliut (paqja qoftë mbi të).

Domethënë nëse këto ndodhi kanë qenë të lejuara në kohën e Pejgamberit (paqja qoftë mbi të dhe familjen e tij), ne nuk duhet as të përmendim absurditetet që po ndodhin sot nëpër botën islame, shembull konkret se femrave i ndalohet të marrin pjesë në namazet e përbashkëta me meshkujt, dhe kjo është një pasim i shtrembëruar i fesë islame, e mos të përmendim p.sh. Tunizinë ku feja islame ka mbetur vetëm si traditë.

A nuk vërehet kjo edhe tek ne në trojet shqiptare, se jemi të ndikuar nga islami radikal, fundamental, ekstrem, qe nuk ka të bëje aspak me Islamin e vërtetë të Pejgamberit Muhamed (paqja qoftë mbi të dhe familjen e tij), por për fat të keq naivitetin dhe fanatizmin e tyre tradicional ia etiketojnë Islamit, me të cilin arrijnë që fenë islame ta bëjnë të neveritshme dhe të gërditshme me formalitetet dhe pamjen e jashtme të tyre, e sa i përket brendisë së saj, është shumë larg nga Islami i vërtetë. Këtë mund ta kuptojnë vetëm ata që mendojnë dhe që nuk kanë paragjykime naive, por vërtetohen duke studiuar disa ligjërata dhe diskutime që nuk i flejnë kollaj në zemër.

Ç’thotë hadithi profetik?

Koleksionisti apo tubuesi i haditheve të Pejgamberit (paqja qoftë mbi të dhe familjen e tij), Ibn Maxheh në Sunenin e tij citon këtë hadith: “Thuani bijave dhe grave tuaja që të marrin pjesë në ceremonitë e festës së Bajramit dhe të ndjekin ligjëratat përkatëse”. Shumë mirë po dihet se muslimanet e dikurshme, shkonin në xhami dhe merrnin pjesë në aktivitetet shoqërore, ndërsa praktika e sotme që të ndahen femrat nga bashkësitë fetare dhe mosdhënia e hapësirës për veprim të motrave muslimane me shkollim të lartë universitar, krijon një padrejtësi, e më pas ato ndihen inferiore dhe të pavlera.

Krahas kësaj gjendje të tyre, vëllezërit, baballarët dhe burrat e tyre në vend se të përpiqen dhe t’i përkrahin motrat, nënat dhe gratë e tyre, duke i avancuar e duke i dhënë vende pune të moralshme, ata arsyetohen shumë lehtë dhe pa pikë ndërgjegje, se femrat muslimane nuk kanë kushte për të punuar në vende publike. Çka është më e keqja se shumë vëllezër besimtarë arsyetohen pa pikë logjike, se mbasi femra nuk ka kushte për të vepruar në shoqëri, atëherë për të mjafton që të bëjë sa më shumë fëmijë dhe të merret me edukimin e tyre.

Edukimi i fëmijëve nga femra e pashkolluar

Shtrohet pyetja: “A mjafton që gruaja juaj t’i mësojë fëmijët me aq njohuri dhe metoda pune që ajo ka?” Apo të themi se një grua ka njohuri më të gjëra për t’i mësuar fëmijët e saj, ndërkohë kur fëmiu i saj shkon në shkollë dhe e ka parasysh një mësimdhënëse të pispillosur, me rroba të ngjitura për trupi, me minifund shumë tërheqës dhe me edukatë të shthurur! Kjo mësimdhënëse pra, ta mëson e edukon fëmiun tënd të paformuar. A s’do të ishte më mirë që një mësimdhënëse e edukuar në frymën islame që ka një dukje shumë normale dhe një dije të bazuar në emër të Allahut, të jetë mësuese e fëmijëve të saj dhe fëmijëve të shoqërisë dhe rrethit ku jeton, e të mos rri e izoluar në shtëpi?

Problem tjetër i shkaktuar në shoqëri, për shkak të mosaktivizimit të besimtareve në shoqërinë civile, është përplasja e ndjenjave dhe hormoneve në pubertet, për të cilin problem psikik është figura e mësimdhënëses që me pamjen e saj provokuese shkakton probleme mendore tek nxënësit e saj adoleshent.

Kemi respekt ndaj nënave që janë intelektuale dhe janë në kurthat e fanatizmit dhe naiviteti fetar, prandaj apelojmë që të marrin hapa në ndryshimin e shoqërisë sepse do të jemi përgjegjëse, se sa kemi kontribuar për fëmijët, bashkëshortin dhe pastaj shoqërinë. Nga ana tjetër është turp dhe mjerim për ato nëna që tërë ditën rrinë në shtëpi, tërë ditën shikojnë filma dhe seriale të njëpasnjëshme, falin ndonjë namaz sa për formalitet, nga ana tjetër e vlerësojnë më shumë pastrimin dhe gatimin e gjellërave të shijshme se sa të jap kohën dhe mundin e saj për emancipimit e fëmijëve të saj.

Çka duhet të bëjmë?

Nuk është e mjaftueshme që të përmendim vetëm përfitimet e kamotshme që i solli feja femrës muslimane përmes ligjeve islame. Ne duhet të zbulojmë dhe hulumtojnë se çka i ofrojnë ligjet islame sot femrës muslimane për një jetë më të mirë. Nuk dëshirojmë të bëjmë reforma në këto ligjet e kamotshme islame, sepse çdo gjë që është materiale ajo vjetrohet, ndërsa ligjet kuranore kurrë nuk vjetrohen dhe mbesin të njëjta dhe të dobishme për çdo kohë.

Ne nuk dëshirojmë të bëjmë reforma e risi, por dëshirojmë dhe punojmë për të larguar traditat çnjerëzore në shumë vende të botës, të cilat tradita, që ia etiketojnë fesë islame e mbajnë femrën muslimane të izoluar, të varur, të varfëruar, e në vende të ndryshme ka me miliona gra të privuara nga shumë hallalle dhe të drejta që ia ka lejuar Zoti e që ato nuk kanë guxim t’i kërkojnë e të mishërohen me dëshirën e Zotit.

Cili është mesazhi për femrat tona?

Mesazhi i përzemërt me ndjenja të thyera për gjendjen e motrave muslimane kudo që janë është ky: “Vazhdoni të jeni nëna, motra dhe bija të ndershme, ruani pastërtinë morale, merreni kontrollin e jetës suaj në duart tuaja, merruni me atë punë për të cilën keni prirje, talent dhe dashuri, pa marrë parasysh që nuk është në pëlqim me prindërit apo bashkëshortët tuaj, por me rëndësi është që këto lëvizje reformuese tuaja të jenë në pëlqim me Allahun. Të jeni të sigurta se nëse Allahu është i kënaqur me një punë tuajën e të tjerët nuk ju kuptojnë, do të keni telashe në jetë, por prapë merrni hapa dhe sakrifikoni për fëmijët e juaj, mos u frikësoni. Kur juve ju merret e drejta, më mirë është të bëhesh kurban për të drejtën dhe hakun tënd, sepse gjithsesi tanimë veç je kurban i padrejtësisë. Kërkoje të drejtën tënde, merr hapa në jetë, ia vlen të bësh ndryshime në të mirë duke pasur kujdes që me veprat e tua të mos e hidhërosh Allahun. Nëse je duke vuajtur për padrejtësitë që të tjerët t’i bëjnë, atëherë ashtu se ashtu je duke vuajtur, prandaj mos e kurse veten që të vuash duke kërkuar të drejtën, Allahu është ndihmës i të drejtëve”.

Ka ardhur koha t’i qasemi Islamit në një mënyrë më të re, më të mirë dhe më origjinale. Në këtë kohë, femra duhet të rifillojë rolin e saj të mirëfilltë që ajo meriton si një krijesë e dashur e Allahut të Lartësuar. Së fundi, mashkulli musliman do të jetë Xheneti ynë, i cili arrin të bëhet banor i Xhenetit duke respektuar edukatoren e njerëzimit, sepse Pejgamberi (paqja qoftë mbi të dhe familjen e tij) ka thënë: “Xheneti është nën këmbët e nënës”.
