Udhëzime nga pesë e para të sures el-Huxhurat
Kjo sure përmban udhëzime të rëndësishme rreth moralit dhe për këtë është quajtur “surja e moralit”. Këto ajete përmbajnë dy lloje udhëzimesh: mospropozimet para Allahut dhe mospropozimet para të Dërguarit të Tij.
Rreth këtij udhëzimi ajeti i parë thotë: “O ju që keni besuar mos nxitoni (të propozoni)…”. Fjala “mos nxitoni (të propozoni)”, këtu ka kuptimin që të mos bëhet propozim në hartimin e dispozitave të Sheriatit para se Allahu dhe i Dërguari i Tij të japin vendimet e tyre dhe të mos nxitohen para urdhërit të Allahut dhe të Dërguarit të Tij.
S’ka dyshim se përgjegjësia e disiplinimit të të tjerëve nën udhëheqjen e një udhëheqësi, e veçanërisht nën udhëheqjen e të zgjedhurve të Allahut, kërkon që të mos avancojë kush në propozime dhe të mos nxitojë kush para Allahut dhe të Dërguarit të Tij. Natyrisht, kjo nuk do të thotë se atyre nuk u lejohet konsultimi (shūrā) me Profetin, nëse ata kanë diçka që duhet ta shfaqin, por që të mos nxitojnë dhe të mos fillojnë me vendime para se të jetë dakort i Dërguari (paqja qoftë mbi të dhe familjen e tij) për atë gjë.
Nuk duhet të shtrohen pyetje apo diskutime më tepër se ç’ka nevojë ajo çështje. Po ashtu, nëse pyetet i ruajturi, nuk kanë të drejtë të tjerët që t’i përgjigjen pyetësit para se t’i përgjigjet udhëheqësi. Vërtet, ajeti i përfshin të gjitha këto kuptime.
