Kollën:
Duhet t’i lini lëkurat të thahen, më pas vendosini në një gotë me ujë të ngrohtë, më pas vendosini në një vend të ftohtë dhe mbajini aty për 1 javë. Pasi të ketë kaluar kjo kohë merrni vetëm 20 pika nga përbërja dhe hidhini në një gotë me ujë dhe piheni të paktën tre herë në ditë para çdo vakti.
Bllokimi i hundëve:
Në një tas vendosni disa lëkura mandarinash të freskëta dhe shtoni ujë të zierë. Ju rekomandojmë që të vendosni hundën mbi enën që është uji i zierë dhe lëkurat e mandarinave dhe qëndroni ashtu për 10 minuta. Pasi të ketë mbaruar kjo proçedurë ju këshillojmë që të vendosni një shall dhe mos ta ekspozoni vetën ndaj të ftohtit.
Mykun e këmbëve:
Kjo është një procedurë shumë e thjeshtë, mjafton të fërkoni lëkurën e mandarinave në zonën e afektuar dy herë në ditë për një javë.

Vendosni disa lëkura manderinash në një çante prej rrobe dhe mbajini ato pranë jush, nuhasni aromën që del prej tyre për 15 minuta . Mund të shpëtoni dhe nga dhimbjet e kokës me këtë teknikë.
