Testamenti i pashkruar i të Dërguarit të Zotit (1)

Islami ishte qëllimi i jetës dhe i ekzistencës së Muhammedit, të Dërguarit të bekuar të Zotit për njerëzimin. Ai u dërgua në botë pikërisht për ta shpallur Islamin. Për ta përhapur porosinë e kësaj feje, atij iu desh të luftojë kundër rreziqeve të panumërta, të cilat do t’i tejkalonte të gjitha. Ai e bëri Islamin të aftë për të mbijetuar falë sakrificave të mëdha që u bënë për të. Themeli i Islamit dhe sistemi i tij i vlerave ishin për të si një kopsht, të cilin e kishte kultivuar me gjakun e të dashurve të tij.

Çfarë mund të ishte më e logjikshme për të Dërguarin sesa të ndërmerrte hapa për ta garantuar sigurinë dhe mbijetesën e Islamit? Ç’mund të ishte më e natyrshme për të sesa të dëshironte që Islami të ishte i pathyeshëm? Pikërisht për këtë qëllim, ai vendosi t’i ruante interesat afatgjata të Islamit me aq sa ishte në fuqitë e tija, duke shkruar një testament.

A mund vallë të mendohet se Muhammedi do ta shpërfillte një detyrë të një rëndësie kaq të madhe për ndjekësit e tij? Një amanet i fundit, një testament i të Dërguarit të Zotit, në të cilin do të shpreheshin qartë dhe prerë urdhrat e tij për transferimin e pushtetit nga ai tek pasardhësi, ishte një nevojë jetike e Islamit. Andaj, pak para vdekjes së tij, ai u urdhëroi shokëve të tij të mblidheshin dhe u kërkoi t’i sillnin një pendë, letër dhe bojë, që të mund të diktonte një “manifest” për shoqërinë myslimane, i cili do ta mbronte këtë të fundit nga devijimi dhe do ta ruante nga përçarja. Ishte kjo një kërkesë më se e arsyeshme për një njeri në prag të vdekjes. Por sërish, ai u ndesh me mosbindje. Një grup nga ndjekësit e tij nuk donte që ai të shkruante një testament.

Në Sahih-ut të tij, Imam Buhariu shkruan: Umeri tha: “Të Dërguarin e Zotit e kanë kapluar dhimbjet. Ne s’kemi nevojë për testament. E kemi tashmë Librin e Zotit dhe ai na mjafton”.

Në po të njëjtën vepër, Buhariu e përcjell sërish të njëjtin incident, si vijon: I Dërguari s.a.a. tha: ““Më sillni një copë letre. Do t’ju shkruaj diçka në të që s’do t’ju lërë të dëvijoni”. Por të pranishmit filluan të diskutonin mes veti. Disa prej tyre thanë se i Dërguari i Zotit po fliste në kllapi”.

Këtu Buhariu ka bërë një përpjekje për ta fshehur identitetin e Umarit pas fjalëve “disa prej tyre”. Por Shejhud-din Khaffaxhiu, një historian sunnit, tregohet më pak i matur në këtë drejtim dhe thotë: Umeri tha: “I Dërguari i Zotit flet përçart” (Nisam’ur-Rijadh, vëll. 4, fq. 278).

Të thuash se i Dërguari i fundit dhe më i madh i Zotit për njerëzimin “flet përçart”, është një shprehje krejtësisht e pakujdesshme dhe e pamenduar për një mysliman. A do të ishte vallë e mundur që Sjellësi dhe Mësuesi i porosisë së fundit hyjnore për njerëzimin të “fliste përçart”? Dhe për më tepër, ç’ishte aq e palogjikshme dhe irracionale në kërkesën e tij për të shkruar një testament?
