Rëndësia e ngrënies së darkës gjatë muajit të Ramazanit
Darka është një vakt i rëndësishëm ushqimi gjatë muajit Ramazan. Meqenëse gjatë stinës së verës nata është më e shkurtër, agjëruesit këshillohen që më pak kohë pas ngrënies së iftarit të lehtë, të hanë darkë dhe deri dy orë para fjetjes të pinë 2 gota çaj më pak kafeinë, një gotë qumësht dhe të paktën dy kokrra fruta (sidomos mollë me lëkurë). Por në stinën e vjeshtës dhe sidomos të dimrit kur ezani i akshamit këndohet zakonisht në orën 18 të pasdites, është më mirë që agjëruesit të hanë darkë 3 orë pas ngrënies së një iftari të lehtë. Darka mund të përbëhet nga mishi i bardhë, i kuq dhe peshk, bukë, bulmete, perime dhe fruta. Është më mirë që frutat të konsumohen në fund të darkës ose pas ngrënies së darkës. Pilafi, gjellërat, në përgatitjen e të cilave nuk është përdorur shumë yndyrë, sallata jeshile dhe kosi janë elementë të përshtatshëm për darkën e një agjëruesi.
