Agjërimi për fëmijët dhe nxënësit

Një nga pyetjet që preokupon prindërit është se në cilën moshë agjërimi nuk përbën rrezik për fëmijët? Burimet fetare dhe faktet shkencore theksojnë se fëmijët mund të fillojnë agjërimin në moshën e adoleshencës. Agjërimi para kësaj moshe varet nga niveli i durimit të fëmijës dhe nga situata e përgjithshme shëndetësore e tij. Nuk këshillohet agjërimi para moshës 7-8 vjeç, megjithëse është ide e mirë që fëmijët që në këtë moshë t’i njohim me agjërimin.

Për shembull, agjërimi vetëm disa orë në ditë dhe marrja pjesë në iftar me pjestarët e familjes dhe shokët krijon një ndjenjë pozitive tek fëmijët dhe përgatit atë nga aspekti fizik dhe shpirtëror për të mbajtur agjërim të plotë në vitet e ardhshme. Nxënësit e shkollave fillore kanë nevojë për kujdes të veçantë. Në fakt, fëmijët e moshës 9-12 vjeç adoleshentët e moshës 13-18 vjeç janë në procesin e rritjes dhe nëse nuk marrin sasinë e nevojshme të ushqimit dhe energjisë, mund të përballen me pasoja të pariparueshme. Përdorimi i në sasie të madhe sheqeri nëpërmjet ëmbëlsirave me sherbet dhe yndyra gjatë syfyrit bëhet shkak për uljen e glukozës në gjak në filim të ditës dhe në këtë mënyrë bie efikasiteti i punës së nxënësve.

Të dashur nxënës! Asnjëherë mos agjëroni pa ngrënë syfyr dhe mos përdorni ëmbëlsira me sherbet dhe yndyrë dhe as pije të gazuara sidomos në kohën e syfyrit.

Duhet të keni parasysh se në rast të mos zbatimit të regjimit të drejtë ushqimor nga fëmijët tuaj në periudhën e agjërimit, fëmijët tuaj mund të përballen me pasoja të dëmshme si çrregullimi në procesin e rritjes, dobësimi trupor, shëndoshje e tepërt, probleme kronike në aparatin e tretjes, anemi, dhimble koke kronike dhe në veçanti për vajzat mund të ketë pasoja në vitet e mëpasshme në kohën e shtatzënisë. Si rrjedhim, patjetër duhet të kujdeseni për regjimiin ushqimor të fëmijëve tek mjekët specialistë e në veçanti tek mjekët e regjimit ushqimor
