Sipas Kuranit thuhet se çdo njeri është përgjegjës për veprimet e tij, dhe ai, e vetëm ai,do të japë llogari për to ne Ditën e Gjyqit të Fundmë.
Në mënyrë që të pranohen të gjitha përgjegjësit, çdo njeri duhet të ushtrojë kontroll të plotë mbi veprimet e tij apo që e ndryshon këtë gjendje apo që ul kontrollin mbi sjelljen e një individi, është e ndaluar nga jurisprudenca Islame. Këto substanca përfshijnë pijet alkoolike, dhe po ashtu edhe çdo substancë tjetër apo material narkotik, që rrezikon shëndetin dhe vetëdijen njerëzore.
Një tërsi e madhe të dhënash të dokumentuara e të bazuara në raste studimore, si dhe në kërkime mjekësore dhe shkencore, kanë treguar se drogat dhe pijet alkoolike janë të dëmshme për shëndetin e njeriut dhe shkatërrojnë gjendjen e tij fizike dhe mendore.

Nga këndvështrimi moral dhe social, ato po ashtu, çojnë drejt shfaqjes së djallëzores. Një njeri, që është nën ndikimin e alkoolit, e humb kontrollin ndaj ndjenjave te tij dhe si i tillë, është i ekspozuar apo subjekt i veprimeve të pavlera dhe të dënueshme.

Në të tilla rrethana, njeriu mund të kryejë edhe ndonjë krim. Këto substanca toksike kanë shkatërruar shumë jetë dhe shumë familje. Varësia ndaj tyre mund të jetë një kënaqësi e momentit, por pasojat për një kohë të gjatë janë një ferr i jetuar dhe kërkojnë një rehabilitim të gjatë, që nuk është gjithmonë efiaks.
Sipas Islamit, çdo njeri ka të drejtë të përballet me jetën sipas interesit më të mirë të talentit të tij natyral dhe mundësive, pa e dëmtuar qetësin. Besimi në Zot dhe pastrimi i trupit është një e vërtetë islame .

Profeti Muhamed (paqja qoftë mbi të dhe Familjen e Tij) ka thënë:
-“Alkooli është nëna e të gjitha të këqijave dhe mëkateve të mëdha”

-“E gjithë e keqja në pafundësi është mbledhur në një shtëpi dhe pirja e alkoolit është çelësi i saj.”

Në Librin e Proverbave të Testamentit të Vjetër thuhet:

“Vera është tallëse, pija dehëse është e turbullt dhe kush jepet pas tyre nuk është i urtë” (Bibla, Fjalë të urta 20:1)

Pse të jetë vera haram kur është prodhim rrushi?

Një ditë një përdorues i flakët i verës edhe pse ishte musliman nuk mund ta pranonte me gjithë dëshirë atë se vera, rakia e birat e ndryshme janë harram kur të gjitha ishin prodhim i rrushit që të tjerët e hanin të freskët. Kështu një ditë vendosi ta ftoj si mysafir një njeri të urtë dhe të devotshëm dhe në bisedën e sipërme ta pyeste.
– I nderuar mik unë kam një pyetje për juve, në të cilën nuk dyshoj se ju nuk dini të më përgjigjeni, ngase unë nuk mund ta pranojë një gjë pa u vërtetuar.
– Njeriu i urtë: Më vjen mirë që pyesni sepse pyetja është çelësi i dijes.
– Pse Zoti e ka bërë harram verën e rrushit gjersa vera është prodhim i rrushit asgjë tjetër?
– I urti mendoi mirë dhe e pyeti: – a ke grua dhe bijë tënden dhe mi sill këtu.
Nikoqiri e thirri gruan dhe vajzën e tij të bukur para mysafirit të urtë dhe i tha;
– këto janë gruaja dhe vajza ime.
Atëherë i njeriu i urtë i tha: – Kjo vajzë është prodhim i gruas tënde, pse nuk kënaqesh me të, pse nuk martohesh ?

Nikoqiri pyetës mbeti pa fjalë dhe në mendime.

Nga ky tregim nxjerrim mësim, se Ai që na ka krijuar edhe neve edhe kafshët edhe begatitë në sipërfaqen e tokës, ka krijuar edhe sistemit e zhvillimit, veprimit e përdorimit. Njeriu mund të jetë i mosdëgjueshëm në këto sisteme dhe programe jetësore por ama edhe pasojat dhe ndëshkimet do të vinë si pasoj e mosdëgjimit dhe mosrespektimit të urdhëritë të Allahut të Lartësuar.

TË DREJTAT E KAFSHËVE

Duke qenë se jemi afër fundit te shpjegimeve tona rreth Islamit, është mirë ti shprehim pikëpamjet tona mbi trajtimin e kafshëve. Për disa, kjo mund të duket një çështje e rëndomtë, por për shumë është një shqetësim jetësor. Sipas mësimeve të Islamit, çdokush që ka një kafshë, për çfarëdo lloj arsyeje, është i detyruar ta siguroj mirëqenien e saj.
– Nëse pronari i një kafshe është mospërfillës në këtë aspekt, qeveria islame mund ta detyrojë atë ta përmbushë detyrën e tij.
– Nuk është e drejtë që të mundosh për punë një kafshë, deri në atë pikë sa të tej lodhet.
– Nëse kafsha çalon dhe ka të pamundur të ec rehat, duhet të trajtohet me delikatesë.
Nëse kafshës i shkon nga pas i vogli i saj, atëherë nënës i duhet lënë mjaftueshëm qumësht për ta mbajtuar atë.
-Çdokush i ngarkuar me detyrën për t’u kujdesur për një kafshë, duhet ta bëjë këtë me dhembshuri dhe jo me dhunë. Asnjë kafshë nuk duhet të shtypet dhe të keqtrajtohet.
– Çdo fyerje e kryer ndaj një kafshe, rrahja apo mallkimi i saj, janë të ndaluara. Çdo njeri, që ka për detyrë të mjelë një kafshë, duhet të mbajë thonj të prerë, në mënyrë që të mos dëmtojë gjinjtë e kafshës.
– “Ta gjuash kafshën vetëm për kënaqësi, është e ndaluar, siç është e ndaluar vjedhja e zogjëve të shpendëve nga foletë e tyre.”
– Therja e kafshëve për ushqim bëhet sipas ritualeve islame dhe shoqërohet me këto fjalë: “Me emrin e Zotit, të Gjithëmëshirëshmit, Mëshirëplotit”. Një musliman duhet të kërkojë lejen e Zotit për ta therur çdo lloj kafshe për mish, dhe ta bëjë këtë vetëm për të plotësuar nevojat e tij fizike. Një mish I tillë njihet si hallall dhe është I lejueshëm për t’u ngrënë. Muslimanit nuk I lejohet të hajë mish tjetër përveçse atij të therur sipas këtyre kushteve.
Profeti Muhamed (s.a.a) ka thënë:
-“Asnjë gjallesë, përfshirë zogjtë apo çdo lloj tjetër, nuk vritet padrejtësisht; në të kundërtën, gjallesa do të ngrejë një ankesë kundrejt atij (vrasësist )në Diten e Gjykimit .”

-“Kushdo që vret një trumcak kot, ai do t’i ankohet Zotit kundra tij në Ditën e Gjykimit, duke I thënë, “O Zoti im, ky njeri më vrau kot, pa as një shkak të dobishëm”

-“ Një prostitute u fal, kur ajo shpëtoi nga etja një qen që po ngulçonte pranë një pusi me ujë. Ajo hoqi këpucën e saj e lidhi me shaminë e kokës dhe e zbriti në pus, që të mbushte ujë (për qenin) dhe nga ky veprim ajo u fal.”

-“ Kafshët kanë gjashtë të drejta; pasi pronari i zbret ato, duhet t’ i lejojë të kullosin; ai duhet t’i lejojë të pinë ujë nëse kalojnë pranë tij: nuk duhet t’I godasë, vetëm në raste kur është me të vërtetë e nevojshme: nuk duhet t’i ngarkojë me një peshë që nuk mund ta mbajnë; nuk duhet t’i mbingarkojë me punë që nuk mund t’i përballojnë ; nuk duhet të ulet mbi kafshë për periudha të gjata kohe.”

-“ Mos i gjuani kafshët në fytyrë ! Në te vërtetë, ato lavdërojn dhe adhurojnë Zotin.”
-“ Çdo musliman që mbjell apo kultivon diçka nga e cila njerëzit, kafshët apo shpendët mund te hanë, është cilësuar si bamirësi ndaj tyre nga ana e tij.”
