Ekziston një dallim i theksuar ndërmjet arsimimit dhe edukimit. Sa rëndësi ka arsimimi, po aq rëndësi ka edhe edukimi apo terbija. Çdo njeri në jetën e vet ka një mision, ka një qëllim dhe Zoti me fisnikërinë e Tij secilin prej nesh e ndihmon në jetë sipas qëllimit që ka. Nëse njeriu mbështetet në forcën e Zotit, Ai patjetër do ta ndihmojë, por smirëkëqijtë nuk kanë guxim të kërkojnë ndihmë nga Zoti për të bërë punë të liga. Prandaj, qëllimi në jetë ka shumë efikasitet për të arritur më të mirën, në të dy botërat.

Ne, me arsimim mundohemi të ngulisim diturinë në mendjen e një personi përmes dhënies së një programi edukativo-mësimor. Por edukimi apo terbija është një element tjetër shumë me rëndësi në personalitetin e fëmijëve dhe rinisë sonë. Edukimi kërkon një kohë më të gjatë për të arritur rezultatin e duhur, në mënyrë që Zoti të jetë i kënaqur me ne. Ne si mësues të njerëzimit, me një profesion të njëjtë si të Pejgamberit (paqja qoftë mbi të dhe familjen e tij), mundohemi që me arsimim të mbjellim edhe edukimin.

Fëmijët (të rinjtë) tanë mund të jenë shumë të mençur dhe të kenë dije deri diku të kënaqshme, por shpeshherë ndodh që ata të devijojnë nga disa dituri që nuk kanë burime të duhura humane. Prandaj, është shumë me rëndësi që dijet tona të merren e të jepen në emër të Zotit i Cili na ka krijuar. Ai na krijoi me një dituri të pastër në nëndijen tonë të pastër, që për fat të keq kjo nëndije shpeshherë di të mbetet shumë pasive nëse njeriu nuk punon për ta ngritur mendjen dhe shpirtin e tij. Kur jemi tek nëndija, vetëdija dhe edukata e mirë, ne kemi shembuj nga jeta e Pejgamberit (paqja qoftë mbi të dhe familjen e tij), për të cilët Zoti ka thënë se ata janë të pamëkatë: “Vërtet, Allahu vetëm dëshiron t’ju mbajë larg nga çdo lloj papastërtie. O ju, Ehlul-Bejt, do t’ju pastrojë tërësisht”. (Surja el-Ahzab, ajeti 33)

Prandaj, kjo pastërti mendore dhe shpirtërore i ka bërë këta autoritet që të jenë plotësisht të vetëdijshëm për veprat e shëmtuara dhe të liga si dhe tërësisht të përsosur nga aspekti i ngritjes shpirtërore. Me një fjalë, mendja e shëndoshë është në trupin e pamëkatë, sepse kujtesa e njeriut dobësohet gjersa ai bën mëkate.

Sot në shekullin XXI, kur bota me teknologjinë e saj e ka mobilizuar njeriun dhe ka arritur ta largojë nga shpirtërorja si dhe vlerat familjare, tradicionale dhe fetare janë zbehur shumë, prandaj kryesuesit e familjeve, shkollave, dhe institucioneve kulturore kanë shumë probleme dhe vështirësi për edukimin e njeriut sidomos të fëmijëve dhe rinisë. Sikur të kishim punuar të gjithë siç na këshillon Pejgamberi (paqja qoftë mbi të dhe familjen e tij): “Po shpëtove një njeri, do të kesh shpërblimin sikur të kesh shpëtuar tërë botën”, po sikur çdonjëri prej nesh të kemi këto prirje dhe bindje që ta shpëtojmë nga e keqja një vëlla apo një motër, do të ishte e tërë bota e udhëzuar dhe e shpëtuar.

Allahu i Madhëruar në Kuran na premton se “nuk do ta humbasë mundin e askujt, qoftë mashkull apo femër…” (Surja el-Maide, ajeti 195), prandaj puna rreth edukimit dhe arsimimit është një meritë dhe punë e shenjtë për të gjithë ata që marrin dije dhe shëmbëllejnë me edukatë të mirë. Të studiosh do të thotë të adhurosh. Feja islame ka ardhur për të vetëdijesuar njeriun, për ta ngritur në piedestalet më të larta humane, prandaj kjo neve na jep shpresë se nëse punojmë me qëllime të sinqerta, patjetër Ndihmësi ynë në këtë rrugë do të jetë Allahu, ndërsa kënaqësia do të jetë e gjithanshme.

Njeriu i edukuar është konstruktiv, ai ndërton vetveten dhe mjedisin që e rrethon, sjellja dhe veprat e tij flasin për të, prania dhe dukja e tij është më efektive sesa fjala e tij. Suksesi i tij në ndërtimin e mjedisit të tij rezulton nga suksesi i tij në ndërtimin e vetvetes dhe anasjelltas. Feja islame përmban mësime të shumta, të cilat janë këshilla për të gjitha aspektet e jetës njerëzore dhe mbulojnë të gjitha nevojat njerëzore, qofshin ato materiale apo shpirtërore, individuale apo shoqërore, kulturore apo ekonomike etj.. Kur themi feja islame, kjo nuk nënkupton që ne i anashkalojmë fetë e tjera hyjnore, por nëse bëjmë një krahasim të feve të tjera që kanë një largësi shumë të gjatë kohore në krahasim me fenë islame, që ka shumë devijime, keqinterpretime dhe abuzime me librat e shenjtë, atëherë rezultat i gjithë kësaj është se sipas statistikave botërore, është vërtetuar se familjet muslimane kanë më shumë natalitet dhe ngrohtësi familjare, duke falënderuar mësimet islame të cilat e bëjnë të ndaluar celibatin (mosmartesën) për të cilën Allahu në Kuran e cek se ata (të krishterët) ia ndaluan vetes martesën, nga e cila ndalesë nuk mund të përmbaheshin.

I Dërguari i Zotit (paqja qoftë mbi të dhe familjen e tij) ka thënë: “Gjëja më e mirë që babai mund të sigurojë për fëmijën e tij, është sjellja e mirë dhe formimi i moralit të tij”. Pra, të punosh për edukim dhe moral të mirë nuk mund të vëresh suksesin aty për aty, por suksesi i atyre që punojnë për edukim ecën ngadalë, me hapa të vogla por të thella, që nguliten në zemrat dhe shpirtrat e pasardhësve tanë. Një ditë, kur ne të plakemi, e të rinjtë gjallërojnë, neve na mbetet t’i shikojmë dhe të gëzohemi me frutat e sukseseve tona, duke u kënaqur me edukatën apo edukimin që ia kemi trashëguar fëmijëve dhe studentëve tanë.

Si pasojë e kësaj edhe të tjerët nxiten të veprojnë njëjtë. Prandaj edhe në psikologjinë islame “pranimi i shembullit” numërohet si mjeti më i mirë i edukimit.

Për fund, do të shtoja një mendim të Imam Aliut (paqja qoftë mbi të), i cili na këshillon se njeriu duhet të punojë shumë për të formuar personalitetin e vet, me virtyte të mira, sjellje të bukur, punë dhe vepra të pëlqyera. Ky personalitet duhet të krijohet deri në moshën 30 vjeçare, përmes personalitetit tonë do të na njohin bota mbarë dhe në momentin kur njeriu formon personalitet, ai fillon të njohë aftësitë e veta dhe prirjet e tij se ku gjendet talenti i tij. Në momentin kur ai e zbulon talentin e vet, atëherë fillojnë sukseset në jetë, sepse ai në atë kohë e ka njohur veten, e kush e njeh veten e tij ai ka njohur edhe Zotin, e nëse ne e njohim sa më shumë Zotin, atëherë do të kemi dhe njerëzinë të përkryer që në terminologjinë islame i themi insani kamil. Pra “men ‘arefe nefsehu fekad ‘arefe Rabbehu!” – “Kush e njeh veten e tij, veçse e ka njohur edhe Zotin e tij”.
