Redaksia e revistës VLERA ka për qëllim promovimin e vlerave etiko morale të shoqërisë e sidomos të femrës myslimane në Kosovë dhe gjetiu. Prandaj kësaj radhe për juve të nderuar lexues në rubrikën “FEMRAT ME VLERA” kemi zgjedhur një femër me shumë vlera mu në qendër të Londrës, në mënyrë që të gjitha femrat tjera të marrim shembull dhe të motivohen për jetë nga FEMRAT ME VLERA.

VLERA: Mbulesën e konsideroni obligim apo veshje e përditshme modeste?

LINDA: Mbulesa është respekt ndaj Allahut dhe Pejgamberit (paqja qoftë mbi të dhe familjen e tij). Sheriati islam i ka dhënë rëndësi të madhe gruas myslimane, me qëllim që ta mbrojë femërinë e saj, ta bëjë krenare dhe me pozitë të rëndësishme në shoqërinë në të cilën jeton. Të gjitha kufizimet që i janë bërë në veshjen dhe zbukurimin e saj, janë me qëllim që të mbyllin derën e çorodisë dhe amoralitetit, të cilat përhapen nga lakuriqësia dhe shfaqja e bukurisë. Veshja e hixhabit për mua është lumturi, vënia e shamisë për mua është bukuri, zbatimi i këtij urdhri është obligim për çdo femër myslimane.

VLERA: Të qenit nënë dhe me obligime të tjera shtesë jashtë shtëpie sa është e vështirë për juve?

LINDA: Mirëmbajtja e shtëpisë, mbështetja e burrit, si dhe rritja dhe mësimi i fëmijëve janë ndër rolet më të rëndësishme dhe me shpërblim të madh tek Zoti. Meqë unë si femër myslimane jam shkolluar dhe kam mundësi mund të punoj jashtë shtëpisë për të mirën e komunitetit këtu në Angli, por prioritet i jap së pari familjes dhe fëmijëve të vegjël, e për sa kohë që unë i realizoj detyrat e mija në familje dhe më vonë e stabilizojë familjen patjetër se do të kontribuojë edhe për shoqërinë dhe për veten. Prandaj një grua qa ka fëmijë duhet të jetë e arsimuar dhe e ndërgjegjshme për të qenë një prind i mirë. Dihet që nuk është e lehtë të punosh dhe të kujdesesh për familjen por me vullnet të mirë i arrij të gjitha.

VLERA: Si i përballoni fjalët e të tjerëve kur është në pyetje veshja juaj?

LINDA: Unë isha myslimane por jo praktikante, dhe e kisha zgjidhjen në dorën time, edhe Zoti nuk më jepte dhunë, sepse ai në Kuran na këshillon që nuk ka dhunë në fe, por me pastërtinë shpirtërore dhe largimin e veseve të këqija që çdo ditë u mendoja t’i largoja, besimi dhe praktikimi i fesë erdhi natyrshëm, në mënyrë graduale. Fillimisht duke lexuar Kuranin duke hulumtuar në internet duke marrë njohuri për Islamin, njoftova edhe shok mysliman dhe kjo është e tëra. Sa i përket fjalëve të të tjerëve nuk i dëgjoj fare edhe pse nga njerëzit jomyslimanë vrojtohemi me tjetër shikim, unë them vet me veti se nuk e dinë ata që kjo jetë është e shkurtër dhe një sprovë, ndërsa unë si besimtare jetoj me moral, krijoj një familje të shëndoshë dhe i kam frikë vetëm Allahut të Lartësuar.

VLERA: Cili ka qenë momenti më i vështirë dhe më i mirë kur ka të bëjë me veshjen tuaj?

LINDA: Për mua s’ka pasur momente të vështira, mbulesa (hixhabi) është veshje e ardhmërisë këtë e lakmojnë edhe shumë shoqe të mija të krishtere angleze, vështirë më vjen kur shohë disa motra myslimane që mbajnë mbulesën dhe janë shumë primitive dhe ekstreme, s’mund të bësh dy llafe me to, ato mbajnë mbulesë por nuk dëshmojnë vlerat islame, kjo pak më shqetëson, por falë Zotit që nuk janë shumica e myslimaneve.
