“Thuaj: Udhëtoni nëpër tokë dhe shikoni se si ishte përfundimi i kundërshtarëve”. (Surja en-Neml, ajeti 69)

“A nuk udhëtuan ata nëpër tokë e të shohin se si qe përfundimi i atyre që ishin para tyre?” (Surja er-Rum, ajeti 9)

Të gjithë komentuesit e Kuranit janë të një mendimi lidhur me atë se këtu është fjala për studimin e historisë. Megjithatë, Kurani për studimin e historisë nuk preferon librat historikë, por fton në studimin e monumenteve dhe thesarit historik, sepse kjo është më meritore sesa leximi i librave historikë. Asgjë nuk mund ta zëvendësojë udhëtimin. Ka një strofë me përmbledhjen e poezive të cilat i përshkruhen Hazreti Aliut a.s. ku thotë:

“Udhëto, e qëllim ta kesh arritjen e së mirës dhe përsosmërisë, udhëto sepse në udhëtim shihen pesë dobi”.

1. Çlirimi nga brengat dhe mërzitë. Udhëtimi pakëson apo mënjanon dëshpërimet, brengat dhe mërzitë. Njeriu jeton në një rreth ku ka kujtime dhe ato gjithnjë shoqërohen me dëshpërim, brengë dhe probleme. Udhëtim, natyrisht, do të thotë të braktisësh vetë qëndrimin dhe lënien e brengave e problemeve pas vetes. Andaj dobia e parë është ajo që njeriu çlirohet nga brengat dhe problemet dhe kështu shpirti i tij, bile një kohë më së paku, do të jetë i liruar nga barra e brengës.

2. Të fituarit e pasurisë. Nëse jeni inteligjent, mund të fitoni pasuri duke udhëtuar. Njeriu nuk guxon të jetë i përkufizuar, në aspekt të fitimit të pasurisë, vetëm me atë që në suaza të rrethit të vet. Ndoshta njeriu, në bazë të aftësive që ka, mund të jetë shumë i suksesshëm nëse e braktis mjedisin dhe mund t’i sigurojë vetes jetë më të mirë.

3. Të arriturit e diturisë. Secili shkencëtar për vete është botë e veçantë. Mbase në rrethin tuaj mund të ketë ndonjë shkencëtar kulmor, por secila lule e ka aromën e vet të veçantë. Shkencëtari që jeton në një rreth tjetër, mbase në ndonjë aspekt nuk është sikur shkencëtari I mjedisit tuaj, por ai për vetveten është botë e veçantë. Kur të njiheni me botën e re që dallon nga e juaja, do të njiheni me shkencën e re dhe do të përfitoni njohuri të reja.

4. Njoftim dhe tradita të tjera. Njerëzit në qytetin apo shtetin e vet nuk i njohin të gjitha traditat. Po të udhëtoni në ndonjë vend tjetër, do të njoftoheni me tradita të reja prej të cilave disa janë më të mira se tuajat, njëkohësisht do të njiheni edhe me mënyrat e të sjellurit. Ashtu që përmes traditave që janë shumë të mira, mund të merrni mësim, ndërsa më së paku, mund t’I krahasoni ato tradita me tuajat dhe kështu të zgjidhni atë që është më e mirë.

5. Shoqërim dhe biseda. Gjatë udhëtimit do të keni mundësi të njiheni e të shoqëroheni me njerëz të mëdhenj. Një shoqërim i tillë do t’ua përsos shpirtin tuaj. Natyrisht udhëtim nuk do të thotë të shikojmë ku janë hotelet më të shtrenjtë, ku mund të hamë ushqim më të mirë ose ku mund të gjejmë dëfrim më të mirë, por ajo do të thotë që të udhëtojmë e ta braktisim rrethin dhe shtëpinë në mënyrë që të arrijmë shkencë e njohuri më të mirë dhe që të përsosemi”.

Historia tregon se shkencëtarët dhe të mëdhenjtë të cilët kanë udhëtuar dhe atë, veçanërisht, në vitet e pjekurisë, kanë arritur pjekuri dhe përsosmëri të veçantë. Saadiu është një njeri i cili tridhjetë vjet të jetës së vet i ka kaluar duke udhëtuar. Ka jetuar nëntëdhjetë vjet. Saadiu tridhjetë vjet të jetës së vet ia kushtoi studimit, tridhjetë vjet ka udhëtuar, ndërsa tridhjetë vjetët e fundit që janë periudha e pjekurisë së tij, është marrë me shkrime. Andaj Saadiu ka qenë njeri i pjekur. Në librin e tij “Bustani” thotë:

“I kam shëtitur të gjitha viset e botës,
dhe kohën time e kam kaluar me çdo kënd.
Nga secili vend kam mësuar diçka,
dhe nga secili burim kam përfituar diçka”.

Nuk ka dyshim se shpirti i poetit përsoset me këto njohuri. Andaj në poezinë e Saadiut vërehet një lloj gjithanshmërie, por kjo s’vlen për poezinë e Hafizit. Gjithanshmëria vërehet edhe në poezinë e Mevlanës ngase ai shumë ka udhëtuar, edhe shoqëruar me lloj-lloj fjalësh e ka njohur shumë lloj kulturash. Por, Hafizi ka qenë njeri i njëanshëm dhe njëdimensional, edhe pse është një gnostik i mirë që shumë e respektojnë. Poezia e Hafizit është e jashtëzakonshme nga aspekti i gnosticizmit, por posedon vetëm atë dimension, kjo nga shkaku se Hafizi nuk deshi ta braktisë qytetin e vet Shirazin. Ai thotë:

“Edhe pse Isfahani është uji i gjallërisë,
Shirazi ynë është më i mirë se Isfahani”.

Hafidhi ka qenë ngusht i lidhur me qytetin e vet dhe nuk ka dashur ta braktisë atë. Thuhet se një here ka udhëtuar dhe ka ardhur në Jazd, po aq shumë ka qenë i shqetësuar saqëvazhdimisht dëshironte të kthehej në Shiraz:

“Ditë e lumtur do të jetë ajo
kur do ta braktis këtë shtëpi të rrënuar,
e të kërkoj liri për shpirtin tim
duke hulumtuar të dashurën,
frikësohem nga ky burg i Iskenderit
të palohem e të shkoj në tokën e Sulejmanit”.

Ky varg, edhe pse ka përmbajtje gnostike, njëkohësisht prezanton gjendjen e tij. Në shpjegimin e vargut të dytë duhet të theksojmë se tregohet historikisht që Aleksandri – Leka I Madh, kur erdhi në Iran, qytetin Jazd e shndërroi në qytet burgu, do të thotë – çdo i burgosur dërgohej në Jazd. Në anën tjetër, në kohët e lashta Shirazin e kanë quajtur edhe me emrin Persepolis, ose toka e Sulejmanit. Po ta analizojë kuptimin gnostik të kësaj poezie, do të shohim se burgu i Iskenderit – do të thotë turp, pra bota e natyrës dhe e materies, ndërsa me fjalën toka e Sulejmanit – mendohet në botën shpirtërore.
