“Punët dhe detyrat çdo ditë e më shumë grumbullohen dhe vështirësohen. Gjithnjë mendoj se asgjë nuk ndodhet në vendin e vet. Mendja ime është konfuze nga kjo paqartësi. Çdo ditë vonohem për në orën e mësimit ose për në punë. Punimet hulumtuese që më përcakton mësuesi gjithnjë i dorëzoj me vonesë dhe detyrohem t’i kërkoj kohë shtesë.

Po ashtu në jetën private nuk arrij në kohë në takime, s’u përmbahem premtimeve. Në kohën kur një pjesë e mjeteve të domosdoshme jetike prishen ose amortizohen, duhet aq shumë të ma përmendin këtë fakt saqë të detyrohem të mendoj për përmirësimin e tyre. Shumë prej punëve dhe obligimeve i lë përgjysmë e të papërfunduara… Shkurt, më është bërë zakon joserioziteti, lënia e punëve mënjanë, përtacia, largimi nga angazhimet, konfuzioni, papërgjegjësia, zvarritja e punëve dhe…’’

Pra nëse shprehjet e lartpërmendura ekzistojnë brenda shpirtit tuaj, duhet të dini që edhe ju jeni bërë viktimë e vesit të zvarritjes së punëve dhe joseriozitetit; edhe pse kjo mënyrë e sjelljes dhe të jetuarit është rruga më e përshtatshme për të mbyllur sytë para vështirësive e përgjegjësive, ajo rezulton me përfundim negativ dhe plot dhimbje e vuajtje. Kjo mënyrë jetese i komplikon punët dhe bëhet shkak që ato të grumbullohen dhe ta ndiejmë veten në ankth, në një situatë të mjerueshme dhe të pazgjidhshme. Madje ndodh që ndonjëherë kjo mbingarkesë me detyra ose punë të lëna përgjysmë, (që vetë jemi bërë shkak për to) të na pengojë aq shumë saqë të mos kemi mundësi për kryerjen e detyrave imediate ose për shlyerjen e dëmeve që i shoqërojnë ato.

Zvarritja e punëve

Zvarritja përshkruhet si: Shtyrja e një pune pa ndonjë arsye, për të cilën kemi marrë vendim ta kryejmë. Nganjëherë personi përtac e joserioz edhe vetë aktin e vendimmarrjes e shtyn pa arsye.

Si sinonim për zvarritjen dhe joseriozitetin mund të përmendim koncepte si përtacia dhe të qenurit anemik. Kjo sepse në joseriozitet vërehet një lloj përtacie e plogështie. Po ashtu si sinonim për zvarritjen e obligimeve shoqërore mund të përmendim nocione si papërgjegjësia, shmangia, lënia e punëve mënjanë etj.. Siç e vërejmë, kemi të bëjmë me ca lloj zvarritjesh e joserioziteti që disa prej tyre mund t’i klasifikojmë si kohore, që pikërisht janë ato të cilat lidhen me shtyrjen e kohës për kryerjen e një detyre.

Llojet e joseriozitetit

Vesi i lënies së punëve për më vonë dhe joserioziteti ka nivele të ndryshme, ndaj dhe jo të gjithë njerëzit joserioz janë në një status e gradë. Po ashtu edhe shërimi i tyre nuk mund të jetë i njëjtë. Në përgjithësi njerëz të tillë mund t’i kategorizojmë në tre grupe:

1. Disa prej tyre nuk janë të ndërgjegjshëm për sjelljen e tyre dhe në fakt nuk janë në dijeni për vesin e tyre.

2. Grupi tjetër e pohon këtë fakt, por për shkak se nuk arrijnë të kuptojnë se është një ves i keq dhe nuk mundohen në kurimin e tij. Statusi i këtij grupi është më problematik se individët e grupit të parë.

3. Grupi i tretë dhe i fundit pohojnë se sjellja e tyre është e gabuar dhe e qortojnë veten rreth saj, por nuk janë të informuar për mënyrën e shërimit dhe largimit. Sjellja e njerëzve që bën pjesë në këtë grup mund të përmirësohet lehtë.

Dëmet e joseriozitetit

Hulumtimet kanë evidentuar se sëmundje të ndryshme siç janë gastriti, kokëdhimbja, anemia, pagjumësia, ankthi, stresi, ndenja e inferioritetit, nënçmimi, hutimi, dobësimi i vetëbesimit e i vullnetit janë pasoja fizike dhe mendore të zvarritjes së punëve dhe joseriozitetit.

Një nga efektet negative shoqërore që sjell joserioziteti është transferimi gradual i kësaj gjendje afektive tek të tjerët, sidomos tek anëtarët e tjerë të familjes dhe tek fëmijët. Dëmi më i madh i joseriozitetit dhe zvarritjes së punëve është ngadalësimi i procesit të zhvillimit dhe përparimit material e shpirtëror të njeriut.

Shkaqet dhe rrënjët e joseriozitetit

Frika nga humbja, ndenja e inferioritetit, pretendimet e tepërta, informacioni i pamjaftueshëm për kryerjen e ndonjë pune, mos caktimi i përparësive, dyshimi, mosnjohja e rrugëve për zgjidhjen e një çështje, paragjykimet, mungesa e programit të përshtatshëm, mungesa e kualifikimit, mosnjohja e detyrave, mbingarkimi me punë dhe lodhja e shkaktuar prej tij, angazhimi me disa detyra përnjëherësh, mospasja e pajisjeve të nevojshme për punë e aktivitete, sëmundjet fizike, perfeksionimi, konformizmi etj., janë prej shkaqeve kryesore që rezultojnë në zvarritjen e punëve dhe në joseriozitet. Ndodh shpesh që ca shkaqe të ndikojnë për shfaqjen e këtij vesi.
