Qyteti i Kudsit ka pozitë të veçant në historinë e njerzimit. Nga aspekti historik është nga qytetet më të vjetra. Nga aspekti i besimit konsiderohet djepi i zemrave të më shumë se gjysmës së banorëve të Botës, si i muslimanëve, krishterëve dhe i jahudive.

Aty ka shumë vende të shenjëta dhe gjurmë të vjetra të cilat kanë role të madhe në zemrat e tyre.

Ndërsa ne aspektin strategjik Kudsi gjendet në zemren e Palestinës që ka dobi e rëndësi të veçant. Nga ai shpërndahen rrugët për në Ramallah, për Nablus në lindje, për në Bejtilahm e Xhelil në perëndim dhe detit mesdhe në veri si dhe toka e Erihas dhe Agvar në jug.

Ndërsa nga aspekti politik problemi i Kudsit konsiderohet nga problemet më të ndërlikuara politike në kohën e sotme.Zgjidhjen e tij nuk e pranojnë asnjë palë interesuese.

Realiteti është se problemi i Kudsit nuk është i pa zgjidhur nëse e hulumtojmë historikisht larg nga iluzionet dhe ambiciet.

Muslimanët janë banorët e tij ligjor qysh prej më shumë se 6 mijë vite. Ndërsa periudhat në të cilat kaloi qyteti i Kudsit janë periudhat e ashtuquajtura të sundimit të muslimanëve mbi të.

Në një aspektë tjetër periudha e qeverisjes islame në Kuds është nga periudhat më të gjata historike me drejtësi e stabilitet. Posaqërishtë për jahudië dhe të krishterët ku u sollën muslimanët me mirësi ndaj tyre ku u gëzohej e drejta e fesë dhe besimit të tyre.

Kjo vërteton që kishat, faltoret, liritë fetare të tyre kanë qenë evidente gjatë qeverisjes islame dhe ende edhe sot dëshmojn për këtë.

Nga aspekti i tretë pikëpamja e muslimanëve për Bejtul Mukadesin është pikpamje fleksibile-sentimentale që vjenë nga shpallja e fesë së tyre.

Ata i pranojnë të gjitha fetë ndërsa të krishterët e jahudit dihet që ata nuk i pranojnë vetëm se pejgamberët e tyre. Për këtë ata nuk janë më meritorët besimtar që u është premtuar qyteti i Kudsit.

Ndërsa të krishterët e jahudit u sollën më muslimanët jo njerzishtë gjatë viteve të okupimit të caktuar të tyre në qytetin e shenjt.

Kur morën kryqtarët Kudsin në vitin 1099 i larguan të gjithë ata që ishin aty nga muslimanët, e vendet e shenjëta islame i shëndrruan në shtalla të kuajve.

Çfarë dallimi ka ky ligjë me qeverisjen e komandantit musliman Salahudin Ejubit i cili i lejoi jomuslimanët të qëndrojnë në Kuds kush deshironte .Edhe ai që deshi të largohej i lejoi dhe i dha siguri.

Ndërsa jehudit që nga okupimi i tyre i Kudsit nga viti 1967 ata përpiqen ta ndryshojnë pamjen e saj Islame me ndryshim rrënjësor, me shkatrrimin e vendeve Islame të shenjta dhe dëbimin e muslimanëve nga ai dhe vendosjen e jahudive në vendin e tyre.

Nëse pikëpamjet e muslimanëve rrethë Kudsit janë pikëpamje Islame globale duke u bazuar se ajo është tokë e pejgamberëve dhe tokë e shpalljeve. Nuk ka pëllëmb të sajë e që nuk është falur aty Pejgamberi i caktuar fisnik dhe se Allahu xh.sh.e ka begatua rrethinën e saj dhe e ka përmendur në Kur`anin fisnik dhe çdo pjesë e saj dëshmon për djepin e muslimanëve, ngase çdo pjesë dëshmon se aty është derdhur gjaku i muslimanëve.

Ndërsa pikëpamjet e jahudive dhe të krishterëve në të kaluarën e të tashmen është synim i kolonizimit nacionalist.

Luftratë e kryqëzatave janë nxitur me qellime të kolonizimit, siç është edhe synimi cionist në kohën e sotme me ngritjen e tokës nacionale jahudike në Palestin që shtrihet nga Eufrati deri në Nil.

Kudsi gjendet në zemrën e Palestinës që përbëhet nga dy pjesë:

-Kudsi i vjetër dhe -Kudsi i ri.

Ndërsa Kudsi i vjetër është ai që shtrihet në kodrën Muria e rrethon atë muri i vjetër nga katër anët e saj ; aty janë të gjitha shenjtoret Islame e Krishtere si dhe Xhamia Aksa, Kupolla e Verdhë, Kisha e Kiametit. Ndërtesat e saja dallohen në mënyrë ndërtimi lindor të vjetër.

Në anën përendimore të Haremit të Kudsit shtrihet muri i Burakut e Jahudit e quajn muri i vajtimit. Emërtimi Islam Burak vjen ngase Muhamedi s.a.v.s.kur udhëtoi me të nga Mehxhidi Harami për në Mehxhid Aksa e ka lidhur kafshën e cila e ka bartur deri aty.

Ndërsa emërtimi juridik i vajtimit vjen ngase jahudit i vajtojnë aty fitoret shpresuese të tyre.

Jahudit pas vitit 1967 m kanë hapur shumë tunele përrethë këtij muri por nuk kanë gjetur asgjë për ti vërtetuar pretendimete tyre.

Ndërsa Kudsin e ri e përbëjnë të gjitha ndërtesat e reja të cilat u ndërtuan jashtë murit të vjetër.

Kudsi i ri dallohet me ndërtesat e reja dhe lagje e rrugë të reja. Ajo është të cilën e kanë okupuar jahuditë qysh nga viti1947m dhe arritën ta pushtojnë pas vitit 1967m. Edhe në Kudsin e ri ka shumë gjurmë Islame.

Në malin Tur Gjendet Xhamia e Sahabiut të ndershëm Selman El Farisiut dhe Xhamia e Rabia Adevis.

Në anën veriore të Kudsit të vjetër janë varrezat Mamela dhe thuhet se aty janë varret e 7000 dëshmorëve që janë vrarë në luftratë e kryqëzatave por jahudit e kanë bërë kopshtë publik pasi që i prishën të gjitha varret që ishin aty.

Historia vërteton se Kudsi është qytet Islam qysh para 6000 vjetësh e pastaj kaluan muslimanët korrën fitore mbi romakët. Hyri Umer Bi Hatabi në Kuds fitimtar ku i mori çelësat e qytetit.Umeri i tuboi banorët e tij dhe u tha:(– ju keni atë që kemi ne dhe e juaja është edhe e jona…)pastaj vizitoi kishën e kiametit dhe gjeti te ajo një vend ku i kanë hedhur bërllogun e shkoi Umeri e i pastroi atë vend dhe e barte bërllogun me rrobën e tij.

Muslimanët ngritën edhe Xhamin e Umerit që është bazë e Mesxhidi Aksas.

Ky zinxhir histork na vërteton neve që Kudsi është qytet Islam dhe periudhat okupuese që përjetoi ai kanë qenë të jashtëzakonshme, derisa të arrijm që qytetin ta kthejm të banorët e saj të vërtetë musliman.

Kudsi ka rol të madhë në besimin Islam,është rrugëtimi i të dërguarit s.a.v.s dhe ngritjes së tij në qiell, e para nga dy Kiblet, Xhamia e dytë, dhe Haremi i tretë.

Edhe Kur`ani fisnik e përmend në kaptinën Isra ku thotë Allahu xh.sh

”Lavdërimi i qoftë Atij që e barti robin e tij natën prej Mesxhidi Haramit në Mesxhidi Aksa rrethinën e të cilës e kemi bekuar”

thotë i dërguari s.a.v.s:”nuk pranohet shkuarja vetëm se në tri Xhamia në Mesxhidi Haram, Mesxhidi Aksa dhe ky Mesxhidi këtu…”

Vendet më të rëndësishme në Kuds janë: Haremi-rrethina e bekuar që e përbëjnë Mesxhidi Aksa dhe Kupolla e Verdhë.

Ndërsa Xhamia e Verdhë gjendet në majë të Kodrës Murija dhe gjendet nën Kupollën e Verdhë,

në të cilën është falur aty i dërguari s.a.v.s si Imam i pejgamberëve në natën e Isras dhe Miraxhit.

Rruga e zgjidhjes është rruga Islame e vetme. Allahu na ka bërë krenar me Islam. Sado që të kërkojmë krenari tjetër Allahu do të na poshtroj.

Nuk e përmirëson fundin e këtij populli vetëm se me atë që e ndërtuan të parët e saj. E kjo duke besuar që lufta jonë me armiqët është lufta mes të drejtës dhe të padrejtës. Patjetër e vërteta duhet ta ketë forcën që e mbron forcën e besimit, unitetit e të forcës ushtarake.
