FAKTE NGA JETA DHE VEPRA E ISMAIL bej QEMAL VLORËS (1)

Cili është arsimi i tij? Cilat ishin detyrat e tij më të larta në hierarkinë e Perandorisë Osmane? Si e ngriti në Stamboll klubin për pavarësinë shqiptare dhe si u internua nga pushteti turk? Përse sulltani e emëroi këshilltar të tij? Si u emërua Vali në Libi, por ai nuk shkoi në Tripoli, por në Paris, nga ku nisi punën për pavarësinë e Shqipërisë? Historia e 28 Nëntorit, me kë shkoi dhe përse shkoi në Vlorë? Cilin flamur ngriti?

Një histori plot lavdi dhe kontradikta të një jete, që, siç vetë Ismail Qemali e ka thënë në fjalimin e 28 Nëntorit, Zoti donte që të ishte i pari shqiptar që ngriti flamurin. Këto janë pesëdhjetë faktet nga jeta dhe vepra e Ismail Qemalit:

1. Ismail Qemali, në fakt quhej Ismail bej Vlora. Emri i tij u ndryshua gjatë kohës së regjimit komunist mbi botëkuptime komuniste ndaj titullit “Bej”, por asnjëherë asnjë historian dhe personalitet nuk e ka shpjeguar këtë ndryshim.

2. Ismail Qemali ishte një nga personazhet më të rëndësishme të familjes së njohur Vlora, një familje e pasur dhe me shumë tradita, dhe që ka nxjerrë shumë personazhe të rëndësishme në jetën politike shqiptare.

3. Ismail Qemali lindi më 16 tetor 1846 në Kaninë të Vlorës dhe vdiq më 24 janar të vitit 1919 në Peruxha të Italisë. Vetëm pas vitit 1990 është mësuar nga historiani turk me origjinë shqiptare, Nexhip Alpan, që ditëlindja e Ismail Qemalit ishte në një ditë me atë të Enver Hoxhës. Në tekstet e historisë së Shqipërisë dhe tekstet mësimore datëlindja është shkruar më 24 janar 1844. Në fakt ajo është më 16 tetor 1844.

4. Ismail Qemali jetoi 72 vjet, 3 muaj e 8 ditë ose gjithsej 2628 ditë. Ai kishte një shtat mesatar dhe me një trup me peshë po mesatare. Ismail Qemali mbante një veshje të kohës, me kostum të kohës, kravatë e kohës, flokë të thinjur të krehur me kujdes dhe me një mjekër të bardhë të krehur edhe atë. Ngjyra e kostumeve në përgjithësi ishte e zezë dhe në kokë mbante kapele.

5. Ismail Qemali gjatë gjithë jetës së vet jetoi në këto shtete: Shqipëri, Greqi, Turqi, Itali, Bullgari, Siri dhe për pak kohë në Francë, Angli, Zvicër dhe Gjermani.

6. Ismail Qemali u diplomua në gjimnazin Zosimea në Janinë dhe pati një karrierë të konsiderueshme në administratën turke. U arsimua në Paris për Shkenca Juridike dhe Ekonomike. Me këtë edukim ai ishte një nga më të arsimuarit në administratën turke të asaj kohe.

7. Ismail Qemali njihej dhe si një poliglot, një armë që atij i shërbente në të gjithë aktivitetin e tij politik për çështjen shqiptare. Ai njihte shkëlqyer gjuhën shqipe, osmanishten, turqishten e re, greqishten e vjetër, latinishten, italishten dhe frëngjishten.

8. Ismail Qemali cilësohet si babai i kombit, duke qenë se ka kryer aktin më historik në të gjithë historinë e shtetit shqiptar. Ai ngriti flamurin e Pavarësisë në Vlorë, më 28 Nëntor të vitit 1912 dhe shpalli Shqipërinë shtet të pavarur duke i kërkuar fuqive ndërkombëtare ta njihnin këtë vendim.

9. Në asnjë rrethanë dhe në asnjë situatë, ai nuk e përdori këtë moment sublim për të përfituar dhe marrë vlerësime. Madje, në fjalimin e tij ditën e Shpalljes së Pavarësisë, ai është shprehur, se, siç e donte Zoti që të ishte i pari të ngrinte flamurin e pavarësisë, ashtu të bëhej edhe hero i parë i shtetit shqiptar.

10. Ismail Qemali është kryeministri dhe kryetari i parë në historinë e shtetit shqiptar. Ai qëndroi në krye të qeverisë nga data 29 Nëntor e vitit 1912 deri në 22 janar 1914 për 12 muaj e 56 ditë.

11. Ismail Qemali ngriti në Vlorë flamurin e kuq me dy krena shqiponjash, një flamur që deri më sot na vjen në tre variante. I pari, se këtë e qëndisi një Marigo, një nuse e shtëpisë ku fjeti Ismaili natën e fundit, atë që e solli Spiridon Ilo nga ShBA, varianti i tretë i Eqrem bej Vlorës, sipas të cilit ai ia dha flamurin që ia kishte falur Aladro Kasstriota burri i një princeshe që pretendonte se ishte pasardhëse e Skënderbeut.

12. Në vlerësimet e punës që i kanë bërë drejtuesit e administratës turke për Ismail Qemalin janë shënuar këto fjalë: Vali i denjë, diplomat, deputet, udhëheqës shteti, mendimtar dhe kryetari i parë i shtetit shqiptar.

13. Ismail Qemali e nisi karrierën e vet politike si përkthyes në Ministrinë e Jashtme të Turqisë Osmane në vitin 1860. Detyra e dytë në administratë e Ismail Qemalit ishte në vitin 1868, drejtor i Sekretariatit në Zyrën Juridike në Sofje të Bullgarisë, që në atë kohë ishte pjesë e Turqisë Osmane.

14. Ismail Qemali mori detyrën e nënprefektit të rajonit të Rusçuk, një detyrë që e mbajti për pesë vjet. Në vitin 1873, ai jep dorëheqjen dhe largohet nga ajo detyrë.

15. Ismail Qemali u emërua sekretar i Përgjithshëm i Ministrisë së Jashtme të Turqisë në vitin 1876, një detyrë që e ndihmoi shumë të njihte diplomacinë turke nga brenda, por edhe atë të huaj. Në këtë detyrë qëndroi për një vit.

16. Në vitin 1877, ai pëson një dënim në karrierën e tij, pikërisht për aktivitetin e tij patriotik ndaj Shqipërisë. Me arsyetimin se kërkoi autonominë e Shqipërisë, ai internohet për shtatë vjet në Kytahja të Anadollit. Por presioni i një pjesë të administratës turke, por edhe të patriotëve shqiptarë, bëri që sulltan Abdylhamiti t’i hiqte internimin dhe ta emëronte madje Vali në Bollu të Turqisë.

17. Ismail Qemali emërohet Vali në Siri, një detyrë shumë e lartë në atë kohë dhe për më tepër që bëhej fjalë për një krahinë që më vonë mori edhe ajo pavarësinë si shtet i pavarur. Këtë detyrë e mbajti deri në 28 qershor të vitit 1892.
