“Sporti heqë dembelinë dhe forcon tiparet pozitive siç janë guximi, vetësakrifica dhe bën thirrje për të luftuar kundër depresionit dhe ndihmon në forcimin e vullnetit dhe gjithashtu rrit fuqinë tonë të rezistencës”.

Përtacia dhe pasojat e saj të dëmshme janë një problem serioz për shoqërinë njerëzore. Përtacia veçanërisht gjatë verës, është shumë e rrezikshme dhe e rëndë për t’u përballur me të. Shumë kundërvajtje, duke përfshirë: abuzimi i drogës, grabitje, grindjet e rrugës, devijime seksuale etj., janë shkaktuar nga përtacia dhe papunësia. Pa dyshim duke gjeneruar vende të reja pune për të papunët dhe të rinjtë e papunë, duhet të ketë prioritet për të gjitha vendet, megjithatë a është e mundur për të krijuar punë për të gjithë njerëzit në të njëjtën kohë, veçanërisht për adoleshentët dhe të rinjtë?! Çka duhet të bëjmë nëse nuk është e mundur? A ka ndikim organizimi i aktiviteteve të shëndetshme në parandalimin e këtyre devijimeve?

Sporti dhe përgatitja fizike

Sporti është një nga aktivitetet më të dobishme dhe më të suksesshme që mund të ju ofrohet falas adoleshentëve dhe të rinjve. Sporti heqë dembelinë dhe forcon tiparet pozitive siç janë guximi, vetësakrifica dhe bënë thirrje për të luftuar kundër depresionit dhe ndihmon në forcimin e vullnetit dhe gjithashtu rrit fuqinë tonë të rezistencës.

Pushteti i lartë fizik i forcave ushtarake dhe parciale ka qenë gjithmonë i rëndësishëm si në kohët e kaluara kur njerëzit luftuan me armë të ftohta, si dhe në kohët e sotme kur luftërat janë të shoqëruara me armë moderne. Ushtrimet fizike përbëjnë një pjesë të madhe dhe të rëndësishme në trajnimet ushtarake, veçanërisht në trajnime të caktuara për komandat dhe forcat speciale. Në përgjithësi është e njohur se njerëzit e dobët në forcë fizike nuk mund të regjistrohen në ushtri madje ata janë të liruar nga shërbimi ushtarak. Sporti është dukshëm i dobishëm në rritjen e forcës fizike, zhvillimin mendor, njerëzit që bëjnë stërvitje janë dukshëm më të shëndetshëm dhe jetojnë më gjatë se të tjerët.

Qenia njerëzore është e lindur me instinkte duke përfshirë edhe konkurrencën. Nëse garat sportive mbahen në kushte të shëndetshme atëherë instinktet janë përmbushur si duhet, por në qoftë se ato nuk janë kontrolluara dhe të drejtuara në kahje të drejtë, ato mund të jenë të rrezikshme dhe problematike për njeriun dhe shoqërinë. Sporti e rrit kapacitetin njerëzor për të kryer më lehtë punët dhe detyrimet ditore. Madje edhe obligimet fetare si, namazi, haxhi, dhe xhihadi kërkojnë një trup të shëndetshëm dhe të fuqishëm.

Qenia njerëzore instinktivisht është krijesë sociale që kërkon shoqëri nga të tjerët. Ky instinkt mund të plotësohet edhe nëpërmjet sportit. Ushtrimet gjithashtu mund të na ndihmojnë në arritjen e shumë vlerave shoqërore, duke përfshirë: punën grupore, besnikërinë dhe korrektësinë. Një mjedis intim (për femra, ku femrat mund të zhvillojnë sportin më lirë) dhe i shëndetshëm sportiv është një mundësi e duhur për të zhvilluar marrëdhëniet njerëzore dhe shoqërore. Të ushtruarit e bën dinamikën njerëzore, lëvizja dhe dinamizmi janë jetësore për rritje veçanërisht te fëmijët. Janë edhe të tjera përparësi në sport dhe në ushtrime fizike që kanë nevojë për studim dhe hulumtim mbi këtë çështje. Në këtë shkrim ne deshëm të ju bëjmë të njohur këtë praktikë të mrekullueshme.
