SHPRESA: Fëmijëria ime ka qenë e thjeshtë, kam pasur ëndrrat e mija si çdo fëmijë, kemi jetuar në një kohë kur argëtimi i vetëm për ne ka qenë loja me bashkëmoshatarët tanë e që ka qenë gjithçka për mua pas familjes, kam qenë fëmija i vetëm në familje kështu që kam ëndërruar të jem e rrethuar me fëmijë të moshës sime, pas një kohe me fali Zoti edhe një vëlla e ma plotësoi jetën.

VLERA: Ju jeni e martuar punoni në dyqanin e rrobave i cili është mjaft prestigjioz, punoni tërë ditën, kur të ktheheni në shtëpi prapë punë, si i përballoni këto?

SHPRESA: Mjafton të organizohet dita, t’i bëhet vetes një orare dhe gjejë kohë për gjithçka, p.sh paradite merrem me punët e shtëpisë dhe pastaj shkoj në punë ku edhe kaloj pjesën më të madhe të ditës – është punë të cilën e dua sepse kam të bëjë me njerëzit dhe më pëlqen komunikimi dhe shoqërimi me njerëz. Pastaj kemi edhe kohë së bashku me bashkëshortin të dalim për kafe dhe të vizitojmë të afërmit.

VLERA: Shpresa, jeni e mbuluar dhe e arsimuar, sa e pengojnë këto njëra tjetrën?

SHPRESA: Një ndër keqkuptimet më të mëdha rreth mbulesës është se femra e mbuluar nuk mund të arsimohet ose të punojë aty ku ajo dëshiron. Mbulesa nuk është ajo që na privon nga shkollimi apo punësimi (jeta normale), por këtë mundohen ta bëjnë njerëzit si pasojë e paragjykimeve të tyre islamofobe. Nuk ka asgjë në mbulesë që e kufizon lirinë e një gruaje për të shprehur opinionet e saj drejtës së pronës, të jetë e arsimuar dhe të ketë karriere. Unë kam përfunduar shkollën fillore në Prishtinë po ashtu edhe të mesmën, ndërsa mendoj të vazhdoj studimet e të behëm një mësimdhënëse sepse më pëlqen puna me fëmijët, edhe pse të jesh mësimdhënëse tani për tani është e pamundur, por shpresa dhe angazhimi ynë për të thyer akullin në mendimin e qeveritarëve tonë është e vështirë, por nuk është e pamundur nëse do Allahu.

VLERA: Shpresa, si erdhi vendimi që të mbani shaminë?

SHPRESA: Allahu i Madhëruar në Kuranin e Shenjtë thotë: “O ti Pejgamber, thuaju grave tua, bijave tua e grave të besimtarëve le t’i vëndosin shamitë (mbuloje) e veta mbi trupin e tyre, pse kjo është më afër që ato të njihen e të mos ofendohen…” (Surja el-Ahzab, ajeti 59). Më është dashur një kohë e gjatë të bindem, deri sa i shfletova këto argumente nga libri i Krijuesit, pastaj kam menduar gjatë deri sa u binda. Dita kur vendosa të mbulohem është dita që kurrë nuk do të harroj dhe nuk kam shprehje të tregoj se si jam ndjerë, atë ditë kam qenë në kulm të lumturisë sepse në fund të kësaj rruge të gjatë ballafaqimi me veten time, ndjeva një fitore të madhe. Megjithatë, mbulesa nuk ka lidhje vetëm me paraqitjen e jashtme, por edhe me fjalët fisnike, modestinë dhe sjelljet dinjitoze.

VLERA: Shpresë, shpeshherë shoqëria nuk e kupton apo nuk beson se barazia gjinore është një prej ajeteve kryesore në Kuran, ju lutem na thuaj?

SHPRESA: “Kush bën vepër të mirë, qoftë mashkull ose femër, duke qenë besimtar, Ne do t’i japim atij një jetë të mirë (në këtë botë), e (në botën tjetër) do t’u japim shpërblimin më të mirë për veprat e tyre” (Surja en-Nahl, ajeti 97). Sipas mësimeve të Islamit, e vetmja gjë që dallon njerëzit në sytë e Zotit është niveli i tyre i devotshmërisë. Pa dyshim, ka femra myslimane që janë të shtypura dhe nuk i gëzojnë të drejtat e tyre. Por, ky nuk është faji i Islamit. Porse në shumë vende në botë, kultura dhe tradita i kanë lënë anash mësimet e Islamit, si pasojë e injorancës ose traditave.
