3 ushqime që shqiptarët i konsumojnë, por që janë të ndaluara në Amerikë

Kumbulla e verdhë
Fruti i kumbullës me ngjyrë të verdhë të errët, njihet si një frut i ëmbël dhe plot shije që përdoret kryesisht për prodhimin e kompostos në Shqipëri dhe në SHBA si përbërës i tortave të ndryshme. Ky frut gjendet gjerësisht në Francë, shtet i cili zë rreth 70% të prodhimit botërorë të këtij fruti të shëndetshëm.

Kjo lloj kumbulle ka qenë e lejuar të konsumohej në SHBA deri në vitin 1996, por për shkak se rritet në një zonë tepër të kufizuar dhe është promovuar si një produkt i cilësisë së lartë dhe i mbrojtur si produkt i origjinës, është thuajse e pamundur që kjo lloj kumbulle të gjendet për t’u konsumuar në SHBA, veçse rasteve të importit.

Në Shqipëri kjo kumbull rritet dendur, kryesisht në zonat kodrinore pranë Ultësirës Perëndimore dhe praktikisht është lehtësisht e konsumueshme.

Çokollatat “surprizë” me “vezë”

Këto lloj çokollatash janë shumë të njohura e të shitura në Shqipëri dhe botë, përveç SHBA-ve. “Kinder surpriza” ka qenë gjithmonë ilegale në SHBA. Një ligj i vitit 1938 e cilëson ilegale shitjen e ëmbëlsirave që përmbajnë objekte jo ushqyese, kështu që kjo lloj çokollate nuk lejohet në tregun amerikan.

Ndërsa në Shqipëri kjo lloj çokollate është popullore dhe mund të blihet e të konsumohet lirshëm.

Qumështi i pa pasterizuar

Qumështi i pa pasterizuar , i cili është i pa zier me mjetet përkatëse në mënyrë që të eliminohen mikrobet. Ekspertët sugjerojnë që ky lloj qumështi përmban baktere të rrezikshme, kryesisht për fëmijët për shkak se sistemi i tyre imunitarë është më i dobët. Autoritetet ushqimore të SHBA-ve e kanë ndaluar shitjen e tij, ndërsa në Shqipëri mund të gjendet e të konsumohet, kryesisht në zonat rurale.

Gjithsesi në SHBA ekzistojnë një sërë lëvizjesh që synojnë futjen e këtij qumështi në treg, duke e shoqëruar me paralajmërimet dhe etiketat përkatëse.
