“ Politikë e quaj unë, por mund ta quaj edhe ndryshe si: përçarje, luftë ideologjish apo konceptesh. “ – thotë autori

Derisa dje ishte në opozitë, ishte kundër futjes së lëndës fetare në shkolla, por çfarë ndodh sot që ai është kryeministër. Deklarata e kryeministrit të Shqipërisë, Edi Rama, për futjen e lëndës fetare në shkolla ka ndezur një debat të gjerë anë-e-mban ku ka shqiptarë. Në Kosovë, arsyeja e këtij debati është deklarata e ushtruesit të detyrës së Ministrit te Jashtëm, Petrit Selimi, i cili pas deklaratës së kryeministrit Rama, jo vetëm që e mbështeti deklaratën e tij, por tha se një gjë të tillë duhet ta bëjë edhe arsimi kosovar. Ishte e mjaftueshme një mbështetje e tij që reagimet e ndryshme të vërshojnë opinionin.

Futja e lëndës fetare në shkollat e Kosovë ka bërë shumë njerëz të flasin, pasi që ligji për arsim kosovar, flet kundër këtij propozimi. Në nenin 3 të ligjit ku flitet për arsimin parauniversitar thuhet se: “Institucionet publike arsimore duhet të përmbahen nga mësimdhënia fetare ose veprimtaritë tjera, të cilat propagandojnë një fe të caktuar”. MUKI BËRE NJË KATROR

Për kfaktit që ligji për arsimin parauniversitar i Republikës së Kosovës e kundërshton mësimin fetar nëpër shkolla, konventat ndërkombëtare për të drejtat dhe liritë e njeriut e legalizojnë mësimin fetar nëpër shkollat publike. Neni 18. i kësaj konvente thotë se: “Çdo njeri ka të drejtën e lirisë së mendimit, të ndërgjegjes dhe të fesë”, Gjë që ligji për arsim i Kosovës bie ndesh me atë të konventës ndërkombëtare.

Por, krahas kuadrit ligjor dhe intelektual, jemi ne ata që qëndrojmë para kësaj zgjedhjeje dhe drejtimi që duam ti japim arsimit në vendin tonë. Duke pasur parasysh peshën e këtij vendimi, a nuk duhen marrë parasysh të gjitha? Por, cilat janë të gjithat? Është e pakuptueshme që në kushtet e Kosovës përfshirja e edukimit fetar në sistemin arsimor publik sipas shumë argumenteve pasi që vendosja e lëndës fetare do të shkundë “shekullaritetin” e arsimit dhe laicitetin shtetëror, e për më tepër do të përçante pllakat tektonike të shoqërisë, dhe të shembte decela morali dhe do të shkaktonte “debate” të një natyre të panevojshme dhe të pakënaqshme. Dhe pas gjithë kësaj, fëmijët tanë janë ata që do të vihen në radhë, por edhe përballë njëri-tjetrit. Pasojat e gjithë këtij “pseudoedukimi”! do ti kenë pa asnjë dyshim ata.

Pra nëse ne dëshirojmë të flasim për politikën, njerëzimi ka gjetur argumente që në gjenezë të tij për këtë gjë. Nëse dëshirojmë të vështrojmë në retrospektiv shkaqet e përçarjes së njerëzimit, do

ti gjenim pikërisht në degëzimet e mendimeve të cilat janë përplasur dhe përplasen vazhdimisht, dhe ato janë fetë. Duke u bazuar në këto që thash, kjo politikë po pretendon të futet fare lehtë nëpër shkolla, ndryshe nga herët tjera, këtë herë po e përdor fenë me një buzëqeshje të maskuar me dashamirësi.

Politikë e quaj unë, por mund ta quaj edhe ndryshe si: përçarje, luftë ideologjish apo konceptesh.

Po sikur imazhin fetar ta vendosim në kuadrat të sofistikuar arsimor?

Feja në shkolla! Më në fund “thyhet” laiciteti i shkollës shqipe, por, çfarë parashikon ky propozim? Tani do të ketë përfshirjen e lëndës mbi fenë si një orë edukative që tregon mbi historinë e fesë, mbi rregullat bazë dhe filozofinë e një feje të caktuar, apo do të ketë mësim për fetë në përgjithësi? Kjo e fundit do të ishte më e kapshme, edhe pse më mirë do të jetë sikur mos të përzihet fare. Siç thotë Bukowski, “Feja gjithmonë ka qenë një urë kalimi në mes të paarritshmes dhe të përceptueshmes në kushte njerëzore”. Të paktën kështu është marrë ndër vite.

Por sido që të jetë, feja dhe besimi (pasi këto janë të ndryshme) i përkasin preferencave dhe zgjedhjeve vetjake. Është e rëndësishme, që bota të arrijë të mbajë peshën (në rritje) të diversitetit që të mësojë rregullat bazë të barazisë dhe respektit. Por është e metë njerëzore që t’i krijojë degëzim gjithçkaje, pasi kjo dobëson rrënjët e një filizi shoqëror (akoma në fazat e para të kultivimit të vet). Kurse Mahatma Gandhi thot “Zoti nuk ka fe”. Është e arsyes që arsimi të pranojë dhe aprovojë (sipas preferencës dhe arsyes) prezencën e diçkaje apo dikujt vigan ndaj qenies dhe vizionit apo mendimit njerëzor, duke mos i dhënë formë, por duke e lenë abstraktë në konturet e diçkaje ‘hyjnore’. Dhe sërish duke qëndruar rehatshëm në kornizën e lirshme të zgjedhjes vetjake dhe jo duke e kolektizuar atë. Nëse feja do të respektohej me të gjitha kriteret e saj, dhe nuk do të përdorej për qëllime dytësore, nuk do të kishte çështje për diskutim, gjë që unë dyshoj që këto delarata janë bërë në kohë krizash për ta, pra qëllimi i tyre është dytësorë.

Meqë nuk kemi arritur të trashëgojmë besimin dhe mirëkuptimin e pastër fetar, dhe nga mungesa e këtyre nuk mund ta quajmë vetën akoma të “kualifikuar” apo të aftë për të predikuar fenë në një ambient të hapur e të larmishëm siç është shkolla, atëherë le ta lëmë shkollën, politiken dhe fenë të ndara siç kanë qenë deri tani sepse kjo është njëra ndër fitoret e vetme që kemi arritur si shoqëri drejt mendimit kritik.

Pra, deri sot ne nuk i kemi kërkuar as Kishës e as Xhamisë që t’u mësojnë predikuesve të tyre laicitetin, por do i lusja që as ato të mos kërkojnë hapësira për lëndë fetare në sistemin e arsimit parauniversitar. Diçka delikate si besimi duhet të jetë privat dhe të mbahet i pastër brenda një individi apo rrethit që e aprovon idenë e këtij të fundit. Por, fatkeqësisht kjo nuk po ndodhë, sepse pavarësisht kësaj, besimi dhe feja po përçohen nga njerëz, karakteret e të cilëve shpesh kërrusen para vesit dhe egos. Ndonëse feja qëndron e pastër dhe e paprekshme, disa njerëz nganjëherë e harrojnë këtë fakt, e disa të tjerë e përdorin fenë për interesat personale, gjë që po

dyshoj prapë që politikanët tanë po e bëjnë këtë sa herë që iu duhen votat tona.
