Pesë mënyra të shkëlqyeshme për t’u çlodhur

Ju ndoshta të paktën një herë në vit jeni përballur me lodhje të madhe, edhe pse nuk keni bërë asgjë. Ju nuk mund të lëvizni, të flisni, e keni të vështirë që të qëndroni ulur në shtrat dhe të shikoni televizorin.

Në vend se të përdorni barna, provoni disa nga këto këshilla: Hani gjithmonë mëngjes. Nëse kapërceni këtë vakt metabolizmi ngadalësohet dhe do t’ju bëjë të ndiheni i lodhur. Nëse nuk keni kohë për mëngjes në shtëpi, paketoni ushqimin tuaj dhe merrni kos dhe fruta.

Pini mjaft ujë. Kur trupi është i dehidruar, ju ndiheni të lodhur. Prandaj është shumë e rëndësishme që të pini ujë të pastër. Megjithëse kafja ka qenë prej kohësh e konsideruar si një pije tradicionale e energjisë, do të ishte mirë të konsumoni më shumë ujë mineral, lëngje frutash ose çaji jeshil.

Nëse mendoni se keni nevojë, pushoni. Mënyra më e mirë për ta bërë këtë është një gjumë i mirë. Ndërkohë që flemë, qelizat tona rinovohen dhe përmirësohet edhe memoria dhe gjendja shpirtërore. Për të shmangur një funksionim më të dobët të trupit, do të ishte mirë të flini për 8 orë. Nëse dëshironi të flini, por ju nuk mundeni, bëni një banjë të ngrohtë ku do të shtoni livando për t’u çlodhur.

Kur ndjeni se jeni të lodhur, dëgjoni muzikë të mirë. Kjo do t’ju japë ndjenjën e çlodhjes.

Mos u shqetësoni për gjëra të vogla. Stresi ndikon në potencialin tuaj të energjisë në mënyrë shkatërruese. Megjithëse nuk ka asnjë mënyrë për të shmangur stresin, mund ta mposhtni përmes mekanizmave tuaj mbrojtës. Kur hasni një situatë stresuese, vetëm rrudhni supet tuaja, i thoni “jo” stresit dhe kënaquni me jetën.
