Si ta përballojmë stresin e provimeve?

Duhet të dimë që suksesi në provim, dhënia e përgjigjeve të sakta ndaj pyetjeve dhe
arritja e suksesit të volitshëm, në radhë të parë, mundësohet me përvetësim e mësimeve
dhe materialit mësimor. Pa këtë, paramendimi se mund të korrim suksesi është joreal; por
ka edhe faktorë negativ, që vështirësojnë arritjen e rezultatit të duhur.

Ajo që do të përmendim këtu janë disa pika kryesore që zbatimi i tyre do të na ndihmojnë
për arritjen e suksesit në provime. Në lidhje me këto pika duhet të kemi parasysh:
a) Ndonëse këto pika duken shumë të thjeshta, zbatimi i tyre në tërësi do të na
sigurojë një sukses të mirë.

b) Sa më shumë pika zbatohen, aq më shumë ndikim pozitiv do të kenë, në mënyrë
që suksesi do të jenë më i madh.

c) Nëse në provimin e parë nuk arritët t’i zbatoni të gjitha pikat, mos e humbisni
shpresën. Sa më tepër të stërviteni aq më tepër do t’ju përmirësohet rezultati.

d) Nëse nuk i zbatoni dot pikat në tërësi, mësojini ato në mënyrë graduale,
sistematike.

e) Do të keni sukses të plotë kur t’i zbatoni me qetësi dhe prehje shpirtërore të gjitha
pikat.

f) Nëse i zbatuat tërë pikat nga fillimi, por nuk arritët sukses mos u brengosni. Ky
mossukses është për shkak të brengës dhe ankthit që burojnë nga fakti që nuk keni
vepruar në bazë të shprehive paraprake që kishit dhe për shkak se e keni
mënjanuar. Jini të sigurt se me kalimin e kohës do të arrini sukses.

g) Nëse vëreni që nuk i zbatoni dot disa prej pikave, përpiquni të evidentoni shkaqet
për këtë dhe analizoni. Largojini gradualisht faktorët që ju pengojnë.

40 pika rreth provimit:

1. Hiqni dorë prej ngrënies gjysmë ore para fillimit të provimit.
2. Përpiquni që, disa orë para provimit, të konsumoni ushqim shumë kalorik,
por me sasi të vogël.
3. Mos konsumoni ushqim të rëndë një ditë, ose një natë para provimit.
4. Shkoni në banjë (kryeni nevojën) para se të filloj provimi.
5. Përpiquni të mos planifikoni punë të rëndësishme pas provimit.
6. Përgatisni dhe merrni me vete pajisjet e duhura që do t’ju nevojiten gjatë
provimit (stilolaps, fletë të pastër, gomë etj.)
7. Paraqituni në klasë së paku dhjetë minuta para fillimit të provimit.
8. Në provim duhet të uleni në një vend që ka mjaft dritë. (Në qoftë se nuk jua
përcaktojnë vendin paraprakisht).
9. Zgjidhni vend të përshtatshëm nga pikë pamja e temperaturës.
10. Vendi ku do të uleni gjatë provimit duhet të jetë i qetë, jo i zhurmshëm.
11. Kushtojini vëmendje mbikëqyrëse në provim.
12. Mësohuni me lëvizjet e mbikëqyrësve që kjo çështje të mos shkaktojë
shpërqendrimin tuaj.

13. Filloni provimin (merrni pyetësorin) duke përmendur emrin e Allahut të
Lartësuar. (mbështetuni te Zoti dhe shpresën kini te Ai dhe jo në faktin që
keni mësuar dhe memorizuar materialin).
14. Para se të filloni me përgjigjet thoni: Kërkoj strehim te Zoti dhe mbrojtje nga
Shejtani i mallkuar. (eudhu bi-lahi minesh-shejtanir=radhim.)
15. Lexojini pyetjet së paku tre herë me vëmendje (kuptimi i pyetjes është
gjysma e përgjigjes).
16. Nëse përgjigjja e disa pyetjeve ju duket shumë e lehtë kushtojini vëmendje të
kuptuarit e pyetjes dhe përkimit të përgjigjes me pyetjen.
17. Nëse në fillim nuk ia dini përgjigjen disa prej pyetjeve, mos u brengosni
sepse shumë prej çështjeve do t’ju sqarohen gjatë provimit dhe fokusimit të
plotë ndaj testit.
18. Pasi që e lexuat pyetjen dhe e formuat përgjigjen tuaj, pa nxitim dhe duke
pasur parasysh hapësirën që keni në pyetësor, plotësojeni atë.
19. Para se të kaloni në pyetjen vijuese lexoni me vëmendje, së paku dy herë,
pyetja dhe përgjigjen paraprake deri sa të bindeni që e keni plotësuar në
mënyrë të plotë.
20. Në shënimin e pyetjeve largojeni prej vetes nxitimin dhe stresin, sepse kjo
gjendje ju bënë që të harroni materialin e mësuar.
21. Mos nxitoni me të shkruarit dhe dorëzimin e testit.
22. Mos u shqetësoni për mungesën ose për kufizimin e kohës; sepse koha e
provimit natyrisht është në përputhje me pyetjet e parashtruara.
23. Gjatë provimit mos mendoni për ngjarjet negative që kanë ndodhur me
profesorin, në klasë.
24. Kur i plotësoni përgjigjet merrni frymë thellë.
25. Shmangni shikimet përreth dhe vëmendjen ndaj lëvizjeve (vajtje-ardhjet)
brenda sallës në të cilën jepni provimin.
26. Nëse ju kujtohet ndonjë përgjigje, mos u shqetësoni! Imagjinoni se profesori
kërkon t’jua sqaroj çështjen në të cilën keni ngecur në klasë si do ta
shpjegonte atë?
27. Evokoni lëvizjet ose mimika e profesorit që zakonisht e shoqërojnë atë gjatë
shpjegimit të asaj çështje.
28. Përfytyroni gjatë shpjegimit të asaj çështje në klasë, çfarë pyetjesh zakonisht
parashtrojnë nxënësit? Kjo gjë do t’ju ndihmoj për ta kujtuar përgjigjen e
harruar të pyetjes.
29. Në vend që t’u kushtoni vëmendje fjalëve dhe frazave përpiquni të
fokusoheni mbi domethënien dhe të kuptuarit e pyetjes dhe përgjigjes (anën
konceptuare).
30. Sillni në kujtesë çështjet dhe ligjet që kanë të bëjnë me pyetjen.
31. Nëse nuk ju kujtohet përgjigjja e pyetjes logjikoni dhe më pas kërkoni
ndihmë prej Zotit.
32. Kur i plotësoni pyetjet duke u kushtuar shumë vëmendje, keni parasysh se
plotësimi i saktë i pyetjeve është falë mirësisë së Zotit.
33. Pasi që plotësuat testin krejtësisht, lexojeni së paku dhe një herë pyetjet dhe
përgjigjet e juaja.

34. Dua të dini se 30% e nxënësve nuk e marrin numrin e duhur vetëm për këtë
shkak se nuk i rishikojnë përgjigjet e dhëna.
35. Në fund të provimit nuk duhet të ndaleni shumë mbi pyetjet e përgjigjet. Kjo
punë shkakton lodhje e ju pengon nga vazhdimi i provim dhënies.
36. Është e natyrshme që të ndjeni më shumë lodhje me kalimin e kohës, por
kini kujdes që niveli i kujdesit tuaj të mos bjerë.
37. Trysnia e provimit është gjë e natyrshme dhe duhet përballuar, dhe jo t’i
dorëzohemi duke u larguar shpejt nga provimi.
38. Duhet të keni parasysh se rëndësi nuk ka largimi i shpejtë prej provimit, por
largimi me krenari.
39. Nëse koha e provimit ka përfunduar dhe keni dyshim për saktësinë e disa
prej përgjigjeve, mos i korrigjoni ato, sepse për shkak të stresit në fund të
kohës nuk mund të vendosni në mënyrë të drejtë.
40. Në fund të provimit dorëzojeni testin duke u mbështetur te Zoti me shpresa
dhe lutje.
