Një ëmbëlsirë e parezistueshme…provojeni !

Përbërësit:

190 gr miell

1 1/2 lugë e mesme pluhur pjekurinash

120 gr sheqer

120 ml qumësht

2 vezë

6 lugë gjelle gjalpë të shkrirë

2 lugë të mesme ekstrakt vanilje
për salcën

120 gr gjalpë

200 gr sheqer i kaftë

250 ml pana ëmbëlsirash

Udhëzimet

Ndezim furrën në 170 C. Në një enë të madhe përziejmë miellin dhe pluhurin për pjekurina. Shtojmë edhe
sheqerin dhe përziejmë mirë.

Në një enë tjetër shtojmë qumështin, vezët, vaniljen dhe gjalpën e shkrirë. përziejmë
mirë.

Shtojmë masën e qumështit tek masa e miellit dhe përziejmë deri sa të zhduket mielli.

Hedhim në enë për pjekje dhe pjekim për 20-30 minuta. Për salcën, shtojmë gjalpën, sheqerin dhe panën në një tenxhere të madhe dhe

vlojmë mbi temperaturë mesatare deri sa salca është e lëmueshme dhe e kaftë, duke
përzier vahzdimisht. Heqim nga zjarri dhe lëmë të pushojë për 10 minuta.

Prejmë një
copë nga torta dhe hedhim salcën mbi. Servojmë menjëherë.
