Lexoni më poshtë 12 gjëra që të nevojiten në marrëdhënien e ngushtë me paranë
1. Mos i mbaj shpresat tek rroga. Rroga nuk të bën kurrë “të pasur”
2. Mos i investo paratë. Të investosh do të thotë të gjesh mënyra se si të kursesh lekët, jo se si t’i shtosh ato. Ndaj në fillim duhet të jesh i pasur pastaj të investosh.
3. Të duhen 10 ide origjinale në ditë, për mënyrën se si do të përdorësh paratë e tua dhe çfarë duhet të bësh që të shtosh pasurinë tënde.
4. Mos u përpiq të kursesh para duke blerë një kafe më pak apo duke marrë autobuzin në vend të taksisë. Një ide e tillë është thjesht legjendë urbane. Mënyra më e mirë se si të bësh para është të bësh shumë para.
5. Mëso të bësh diçka unike dhe të veçantë.
6. Kur je i/e pasur mos investo kurrë më shumë se 2% të pasurisë tënde në një ide biznesi
7. Të duhen 10 ide se si njerëzit mund të ndihmojnë njëri tjetrin. Një gjë e tillë krijon një rrjet të mirëfilltë njerëzish të interesuar për biznes dhe për të bërë shumë para.
8. Mos krijo një biznes ku ka shumë konkurrencë. Krijo një biznes me monopol. Një gjë e tillë do të thotë se do të kesh përfitime, arritje dhe njohuri të mëdha.
9. Lexo shumë edhe për gjëra që nuk kanë të bëjnë me financën dhe pastaj vepro.
10. Fli tetë orë në ditë. Ky ndoshta është rregulli kryesor i financave personale.
11. Rrethohu nga njerëz që të duan dhe i do. Largohu nga njerëzit që të bëjnë keq.
12. Mirënjohje-Bollëk. Duhet të dish që duhet të jesh mirënjohës për gjëra që ke në jetë. Duhet të praktikosh mirënjohjen për çdo gjë që ke në jetë. Së fundmi, ki besim të vetja dhe mos harro: ata që janë të zotë në fushën e financave personale arrijnë të fshehin paratë e tyre me shumë kujdes. Ata që nuk ia kanë haberin financave personale mjaftohen duke parë televizor.
