Së pari ne duhet të konsiderojmë faktin që lagështira qëndron shumë gjatë në flokë dhe mund të shkaktojë irritim të skalpit të kokës dhe ndjesinë e kruarjes.Ja pse nuk është e rekomandueshme që të qëndroni për një kohë të gjatë me peshqir në kokë. Po iu rendisim disa disavantazhe të tjera kur shkon në shtrat me flokë të lagur:

1.Dhimbje koke
Nëse flini me flokë të lagur do të përballeni me dhimbje të rënda të kokës.Kjo ndodh sepse gjatë kohës që flini, temperatura e trupit tuaj rritet.Ndërkohë që trupi nxehet, lagështira e mbledhur në peshqir mund t’iu shkaktojë dhimbje koke.

2.Këputja e flokëve
Flokët e lagur priren të këputen shumë shpesh.Ndaj nuk do të ishte ide e mirë të flini me flokë të lagura

3. Flokë të ngjitur
Nëse vendosni të flini me flokë të lagur mund të përfundoni mëngjesin tjetër me flokë të ngjitur pas koke.

4.Infeksione
Jastëkët janë vendi ideal për bakteret sepse thithin djersën, qelizat e vdekura dhe vajrat e trupit. Nëse flini me flokë të lagur do e bëni jastëkun tuaj një fole për zhvillimin e baktereve.

5.Kruajtje
Të flesh me flokë të lagura mund të shkaktojë lloje të ndryshme kruajtje dhe kjo ndodh për shkak të lagështirës që është formuar në kokën tuaj.

6. Dhimbje muskulore
Ndryshimet e papritura të temperaturës jo vetëm që mund të shkaktojnë dhimbje të muskujve, por gjithashtu mund të çojnë në dhimbje të rënda dhe paralizë të fytyrës. Kjo si përfundim mund të çojë në paralizë të të gjithë trupit dhe të shkaktojë vdekjen.

7. Zbokthi
Nëse flini me flokë të lagur mund të ndryshojë pH i skalpit të kokës. Si pasojë floku juaj do të jetë me zbokth ose me yndyrë të tepërt.
