1- Në Japoni nga klasa e parë deri në klasën e gjashtë, mësohet një lëndë që quhet ” Rruga për tek Morali”, ku nxënësit mësojnë për sjelljet me njerëzit!

2- Nuk ka ngelje nga klasa e parë deri në klasën e tetë , pasi qëllimi në këtë periudhë është edukimi, ngulitja e koncepteve dhe formimi i personalitetit dhe jo thjeshtë mësimdhënja!

3– Edhe pse japonezët janë ndër njerëzit më të pasur në botë nuk kanë shërbyes që kujdeset për punët e shtëpisë siç e kanë një pjesë e botës së pasur, por babai dhe nëna janë përgjegjës për shtëpinë dhe fëmijët!

4- Nxënësit japonez pastrojnë shkollat e tyre çdo ditë një çerek ore së bashku me mësuesit e tyre, kjo bën të mundur përgatitjen e një brezi modest dhe që kujdeset ndaj pastërtisë!

5- Nxënësit japonez marrin me vete çdo ditë në shkollë furçën e dhëmbëve dhe i pastrojnë dhëmbët e tyre pas çdo ushqyerje, gjë që bën të mësojnë ruajtjen e shëndetit që në moshë të vogël!

6– Drejtorët dhe mësuesit e shkollave ushqehen gjysëm ore para se të ushqehen nxënësit, për të qenë të sigurt në sigurinë e ushqimin që konsumohet, sepse ata i konsiderojnë nxënësit e ardhmja e Japonisë dhe duhet ruajtja e kujdesi ndaj tyre!

7- Pastruesit e ”rrugëve” në Japoni quhen ”inxhinierë të shëndetit” ku rroga e tyre varjon nga 5000 deri ne 8000 dollarë amerikan në muaj, e pranimi i tyre në punë kalon në disa provime me shkrim dhe me gojë!

8- Ndalohet përdorimi i celularëve në trena, restaurante dhe vende të mbyllura dhe në vend të ”silent” është e shkruar ”moral”!

9- Çdo kush që shkon për të ngrënë në restaurante nuk mer më shumë se sa ka nevojë dhe asnjeri nuk lë ushqim në pjatë!

10– Mesatarja e vonimit të trenave në Japoni është 7 sekonda në vite, kjo tregon se japonezët janë popull që e vlerësojnë shumë kohën dhe kujdesen për orët, minutat dhe sekondat!

Në Japoni…
Ai që vjen herët në punë e lë makinën e tij larg në parking me qëllim që ata që vijnë më vonë të kenë mundësi të arrijnë orarin e punës pa probleme!

Në hyrje të kryeqytetit Tokyo ndodhet një banderolë e madhe ku në të është shkruar ” O njeri mendo për të shpikur”!
