Merrni një sy gjumë
Profeti Muhamed (paqja qoftë mbi të dhe familjen e tij) ka thënë: “Merrni një sy gjumë në mesditë sepse shejtani nuk merr asnjë sy gjumë”. Gjumi i natës është një nga mrekullitë e Allahut për njeriun. Por përse Profeti Muhamed (paqja qoftë mbi të dhe familjen e tij) na ka thënë të marrim një sy gjumë ditën? A ka ndodnjë arsye shkencore për këtë?
Një studim i ri shkencor ka provuar se një sy gjumë gjatë punës pakëson mundësitë për të pasur probleme serioze me zemrën. Një sy gjumë në mesditë në zyrë i bën mirë zemrës dhe pakëson lodhjen dhe stresin sepse puna është shkaku kryesor i lodhjes, dhe gjumi i natës mund të mos jetë i mjaftueshëm. Jo vetëm kaq, por se gjumi i natës mund të jetë i dëmshëm kur flihet gjatë, – thonë studiuesit në një studim tjetër. Për këtë arsye mjekët këshillojnë të zgjohemi natën e të bëjmë ndonjë veprimtari dhe të mos flemë gjatë sepse dëmtohet zemra. Tani, le të vështrojmë ajetin e Kuranit të Shenjtë që na flet për mrekullinë e gjumit të natës dhe të gjumit të ditës. Allahu thonë në Kuran:
“Nga argumentet e Tij është edhe gjumi juaj natën dhe ditën dhe përpjekja juaj për të fituar nga mirësitë e Tij. Dhe në këtë ka argumente për njerëzit që dëgjojnë”. (Surja er-Rum, ajeti 23)
